Amazing place, beautiful views and great opportunities to take photos. Highly recommend paying a couple of extra liras to experience Cleopatra's pool.
The only reason I am giving 4 star review is that we were placed in a Russian speaking bus, thus we couldn't get proper info throughout most of the tour we had an English speaking guide when we got there and at the stop points.
Also, it was very disappointing when we kept on being brought to shopping places such as textile and leather factories and wine making shop where we spent around 30-45 minutes at each and then were told that we have 25mins for lunch ! and only 3hours to enjoy the actual Pamukkale. So we needed to really rush to be able to see Hierapolis at the end.

Die Tour war wunderbar. Wir wurden pünktlich von unserem Hotel abgeholt. Wir dachten die Fahrt wird anstrengend, aber wir waren überrascht. Wir fuhren in einem kleinen Minibus mit Klimaanlage und sehr bequemen Sitzen. Die Fahrt war lang aber trotzdem sehr angenehm. Die Reiseleitung war sehr nett und hat einige interessante Dinge über den Ort und die Kultur erzählt. Wir wurden auf der gesamten Tour gut betreut und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Pamukkale war wunderschön. Wir haben es genossen dort zu planschen. Und auch Hierapolis war sehr interessant. An Tagen mit großer Hitze denken Sie bitte an ausreichend Wasser und Sonnenschutz. Wir können die Tour sehr empfehlen und würden die Fahrt nochmal buchen.

on nous a promis une excursion avec guide qui parle en anglais le guide ne parle que russe et turque ils sont venu me récupérer de l'hôtel avec 40 min de retard nous avons pris la route vers 6h du matin distance entre kemer et pamukkale 270 on est arrivé sur le site de pamukkale à 12H30 après trois arrêt chez des marchants : textile, cuir, épicerie vins.... les touristes ne voulaient pas acheter tout ce qu'ils vouliaent c'est voir pamukkale mais le guide insiste car il perçoit des commissions de la part des commerçants il nous a fait perdre bp de temps toute la journée nous avons eu droit à 2h30 qui n'est pas du tout suffisante pour profiter d'un site aussi magnifique mais malheureusement ce sont les pratiques des agences de voyages en Turquie qui feront peut être fuir les touristes j'ai fais pamukkale deux fois en 2011 et en 2019 et les deux fois je n'ai pas pu profiter du site je pense aussi que les touristes ne doivent pas être passifs et se laissent fait avoir.

J'ai souhaté une visite en anlais, mais à la place j'ai eu une visete en russe avec 2 phrase en anglais. Toutes les explications faites pendant le voyage ont été faites en russe alors que nous étions 9 personnes à ne rien comprendre et à avoir choisi une visite guidée en anglais. Notre supposé guide dans un anglais approximatif nous a barbouillé deux phrase à l'entrée du site et le reste nous nous sommes débrouillés tous seuls. Ce n'est pas normal de mélanger deux groupes russes et anglais si un traitement équitable ne peut être guaranti!!! Plus jamais je ne prendari des activitée proposées par ce prestataire.
