- Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. A minimum of 4 people per booking is required.
- Flights are subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
- All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking. Please don’t be offended or concerned, Kakadu Air operates light aircraft, take-off weight is a safety issue, we will not fly over weight, or compromise safety.
- Due to the safety and weight / balance of the aircraft, we have a weight limitation of 130kg. If you are this weight please contact our reservations direct.
- The Company reserves the following rights, to cancel, or to postpone any flight without notice should a circumstance occur that might represent a threat to the safe conduct of the flight or tour.
- Reservations cancelled inside 24 hours from departure will forfeit payment in full.
- Kakadu Air respects the “Kakadu National Park managements” voluntary code of conduct known as the “The fly neighborly policy”. This policy limits flights to a certain minimum height above terrain, and distance lateral from about 30 locations in Kakadu. Jim Jim and Twin falls are two of these locations. These Falls are viewed freely in our WET SEASON flights as the roads are closed. In the DRY SEASON when the roads are open there are no flights over Jim Jim and Twin Falls.
- The Company and the pilot in command may refuse the carriage of a passenger, if that passenger could be regarded as likely to cause annoyance or offence to, or threaten the safety of the flight or any person on that flight.
- In refusing service to any person or persons for reason of drunkenness, annoyance, offence, or threat to flight passengers or crew, the company refuses liability for any inconvenience or cost related to our refusal for the passenger or freight to travel.

Kakadu Air Services were fantastic for our scenic flight over Kakadu. The Pilot, Josh and his co-pilot, Liam, gave us a brilliant experience. Very professional service and wonderful commentary during the flight. This was the best thing we did on our Kakadu trip. Incredible value for money. I would highly recommend.

What an amazing way to see Kakadu. Great views and commentary. A little bumpy at times but felt very safe at all times. Would highly recommend.
Great view of Kakadu from above and a well worthwhile experience. Apart from the turbulence it was really fun.
The actual experience, Senivc Flight over Jabaru was exceptional! From the lady on the phone who sorted out our booking, the pilot, it was perfect. On the other hand, I will never book anything through Viator again. I rec the iteneriy from them which said we flew out of Darwin, then from Jabaru Air that said we flew out from there. I called Viator, the woman basically couldnt care less. Told. Me I had booked it it was my problem. I could’ve not get from Darwin to Jabaru in an hour & 40 mins.
I asked for a refund & was told no refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor she said she would talk to her boss on Monday. Even with 2 different itiinerys she told me it was my fault!
I hung up & called Jabaru Air, the lady looked up my booking & it had been cancelled. They didn’t tell me that. Jabaru Air booked me on the same flight the next day, so it did work out thanks to Jabaru Air.
I will NEVER book anything through Viator Again!!!

Beautiful view great experience 30 minutes was enough for us a little bit too much movement my husband did get sick at all in total great experience
Fantastic way to see the vastness of Kakadu, coming out of the wet season the road to Jim Jim Falls was closed, so we got to see it by air! The pilot was knowledgeable and skilled with his angled flying!
We are Darwin locals and have been to Kakadu numerous times, but to see it from the air was spectacular.

So glad we did this. You get a very different perspective of the Kakadu floodplains and ridges from the air. We hope the photos do justice to the experience. Our pilot provided a good commentary highlighting what we were seeing and also what it would look like in the wet season.

Fantastic to see Kakadu from this aspect. Seeing the contrasting landscapes combined with the excellent commentary from Cameron the pilot, this flight was a highlight for us.
Just amazing. A great perspective to demonstrate the enormity and diversity of Kakadu and Arnhem land. As it was dry season we didn't see the falls but flew over the bordering river. From wetlands to dramatic escarpments and fantastic views of east Alligator river. Friendly and informative staff.
I am usually a nervous flyer but to my amazement and Ben’s wonderful reassurance and skill I was not at all anxious! Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone
