Exact transportation costs can be discussed with the guide after a reservation is finalized. Please have Japanese Yen on hand for your transportation costs. We had a great tour with Hiitoshi. He is from Morioka and was a wealth of knowledge and history of this wonderful city. He was spry for his age.

Toshisan was an amazing guide. He showed me all around Morioka. The castle ruins, the old red brick Iwate Bank building, a sake tasting, Takematsu Park, and Takematsu Jinja Shrine.
Be prepared to walk a lot and you’ll have an amazing experience discovering Morioka.
