Not happy

Our driver Bradley was excellent and gave us a lot of information but we did not get what we paid for, we were supposed to go the Goskop Gorge for a 2 hour stop and Harries pancakes this did not happen. We paid £240 for a trip we could have got for a lot less. Very disappointed with Viator with not issuing us a partial refund.

Thanks for the booking and for the review. The Graskop Gorge is an extra and only done upon request. It is not included in the rate. Bradley did ask if you are happy to stop at a place with local cuisine and you happily agreed.

We had an awesome day, beautiful weather and lovely company. The scenery was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Definitely a must do trip. Bradley our guide was brilliant, full of knowledge and enthusiasm.
