Fabulous. We saw lions and lionesses. They walked next to our transport. Zebras and elephants crossing the road.

Was a very nice experience. We successfully saw 4 out of the Big five, only the leopard we did not find. Although the stop for breakfast was 45 min, that was not enough to place the order and eat, so we took our food and ate in the safari vehicle.
There was some lost time to pay the entrance fee, probably is better to include the entrance fees with the reservation.
The dropped star is for the bottled water which was not provided. although it should be according to the description. According to the guide, he was not given the water bottles vouchers.

Normally we gave water to all our clients as we making sure all the Vehicle have water, I don't how or what happened for the guide to start a car and go do a drive without water and then find an excuse and say "he was not given the water bottles vouchers"

Amazing tour. We saw the big five plus several other animals. Edwin, the driver, explained about the park, the Savanah and the animals.

Poor communication. We did make a last minute booking, but we had to chase constantly to get confirmation the safari was happening. Only after we called Viator on the afternoon prior to the safari to request a refund did they confirm the safari.
It seemed like our seats were sold to another tour operator because we ended up with a different company versus the one we booked with on Viator. The rumor from the other safari guides was that this company closed during the pandemic.
As we set out for our safari, we found out we were on a morning safari; we booked a full day safari. We raised this to the driver and he put us into another tour operator midday to finish our full day tour.
The tour we joined midday was with a couple who had actually booked a private tour. The couple was very friendly to let us join, but it still didn't seem right for our party to join a private tour.
All in all, not a great experience.

We did respond to the last minute booking at about 7am day before the safari day informing the guests that i will text them back with full information before sunset, by 12 the guests were already angry that the drive must be cancelled and this time of the day we still allocating
guides to their different pick ups
we can not allocate a vehicle at 7am for 2 people as
the vihicle is a10 seater
The rumor of the company being closed is a made up
story as we still operating and never closed before since 2013 up
to date
The vehicle that had 2people was suppossed to pick you up in the morning guests were 45minutes late then we decided that you carry on with the half day crew and switch to a full day car later
The couple on our white van that you joined never paid for a PRIVATE SAFARI so it was ok to join then as it was supposed to be so from the morning g

Ridic zastavil pokazde co jsme neco videli, snazil se, abychom videli vaichni v aute. Nekdy tedy zastavil na spatnem miste, odkud jsme nic nevideli a nebo nas ostatni auta predjela a tim my prisli o zajimave chvile. Priste bychom asi volili automobil. Bylo to krasne, ale prilis drahe.

Die Kommunikation und die Abholung verliefen einwandfrei. Unser Guide Bradley war sehr bemüht während der ganzen Tour. Wir haben bis auf einen Geparden alle Tiere zu Gesicht bekommen. Wir können die Tour sehr empfehlen
