From the resort we stayed at the springs was a far travel however along the way we were able to pass some of the most beautiful scenery. St Lucia is such a beautiful island and our driver Nigel made sure we stopped and took all the best pictures we possibly could. He is a great photographer might I add catching all the best angles of us. He also made sure we had everything we needed for the excursion and suggested other excursions for us because we did not know what else we wanted to do during our stay. The sulfur springs were so relaxing we almost didn’t want to leave. We actually sat in the water for so long our fingers started to get wrinkly lol. By the time we got out of the water and washed off we were all so exhausted we never made it to see waterfalls and we slept the whole ride back. We stopped to get food and souvenirs. If I were to do this excursion again I would probably go see the waterfalls first. I really wanted to see them. Overall this experience was 10/10 just be sure to have cash on hand so you can pay for the hike, the springs and the waterfall. Oh and don’t forget your souvenirs 😊.

Overall we loved this experience seeing St. Lucia. The beginning was confusing - we walked through the cruise terminal to where all the taxis/tours were picking up, and there was no sign with our name on it. Luckily we found someone else with the tour group (Cool Vibes Taxi) who was supposed to take someone else, but he ended up just taking us cause our driver was still on the way and the other group wasn't there. So we essentially changed drivers which is fine, but they had no idea what specific tour we booked. He asked if we were doing the hiking or driving tour. I think no matter what "tour of St. Lucia" excursion you book, they're all the same. There was no bottled water or beer as promised on the booking.
With that being said, Terrance was a fantastic tour guide. He knew EVERYONE in the city we drove by, waving or having a quick hello at every stop light. It was so cool to see. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well-informed with the area, kept our bags safe while we made our stops, etc.
One thing I wasn't prepared for was how PACKED the mud baths and waterfall are. There's a small fee to get in, but it is body to body packed at both. For the waterfall, you wait in a line of people to get in, quickly snap a photo, and then you're on your way. There's no leisure time in the waterfall.
We LOVED sampling the sauces and marinated rums. If we were checking a bag we 100% would've bought some, but we only had carry-ons and the containers wouldn't clear TSA.
Overall this tour was an amazing part of our trip, but logistically it's a little rag tag!

I should’ve listened to the other below reviews. But I decided to try for myself. It is indeed a scam. They never contacted us with a pick up time. Or returned my message back about what time should we be picked up. I called the number and the phone goes straight to voicemail. Viator contacted them and said someone answered the call. Then Viator said they would contact me with the pick up time once they received it. This NEVER happened. No pick up time was ever communicated. This is just to make money off tourists who don’t know better. You are better off paying a bit more and booking with your hotel for the tour to ACTUALLY happen. Stay away trust me! It’s not worth the hassle or the lies. This ruined my final day on the island. Viator has to do better quality control of companies they allow on here. Not sure how this has anything more than 1 star!

Unfortunately, no driver came at the meeting point, but the owner work very hard to find a new one that we have to pay on site.
As cruisers, and due to delay, we were not able to do all activities, but the replacement driver accept to make us a discount, so overall it was a good experience.

Sadly I have to report negatively. This is the first time I booked with Viator and paid i UK before visiting with cruise ship, I had received booking confirmation and a e ticket saved on phone. But for what ever reason the service provider, Cool Vibes Taxi and Tours company failed to turn up at the agreed time and meeting place. On phone call to them on the day, they stated they had no arrangements / booking with Viator, so the day was completely ruined. I would say Viator have reimbursed the full amount expediently. You will therefore understand I cannot now trust Viator to deliver on any future bookings and cannot recommend them as a trustworthy service provider.

The tour itself was good. Our driver kevin was knowledgeable and friendly. Please read thoroughly you have to pay for entry into the places you visit. Your basically pTing for the ride around the island. Kevin let us get food and uae the bathroom. Its a long ride. The mud baths were amazing.
We didn't get to visit the wayerfalls due to a storm. The only issue i had was the tour company refunding my payment and asking me to.pay the tour in cash withoit speaking to.me first. I felt that was nor only unprofessional but assuming i had the cash on me was annoying and an inconvenience l.

We had a very memorable tour. Our driver/tour guide provided lots of information along the way. He took us to some local spots including a bakery where we bought fresh cassava bread w/ different flavors, a shop where we bought some chocolates, and then a restaurant ror a delicious lunch by the beach in Soufriere overlooking the Pitons.
Tet Paul Nature Trail, Sulphur Springs mud bath, and the Pitons Waterfall are a once in a lifetime experience for us. We really enjoyed this tour.

We had a Driver and Guide named Kevin, He was Wonderful. Very nice personality and informative. The Mud Baths are Warm and inviting. The employees there make the experience well worth it. Visiting the Waterfalls was Exciting walking thru the jungle,. The waterfall felt good on our skin. The whole day was just one big Adventure.

Terrible tour, do not recommend! Started w/driver 20 mins late, then we were told we better have money on us to cover admission fees that were not included. Of course the tour advertisement & description online failed to mention that. Very misleading. The Tet Paul trail (which was our main objective), mysteriously closed 15 minutes before we were to head there. This was nothing more than a $170 cab ride for 2, and if Viator doesn’t make it right this will be the last time we ever book w/them. Terrible tour, AVOID!

I don’t typically leave negative reviews, unless I feel compelled to..so here it goes,
First of all, let me say that the stops at Tet Paul and Toraille Waterfall were definitely worth seeing if you’ve never been to St. Lucia, and I definitely don’t regret going there.
I booked this tour because of the great reviews but there are some things that I need to make known that were very disappointing:
We had booked our tour a week in advance for 9am, we were contacted by email saying our driver was running late. So I was anticipating maybe a 30 minute delay. Unfortunately our driver didn’t show until 11am, 2 hours past our original time, and there was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay.
The other factor that was upsetting was the fact that during the whole 6 hour tour, we were not able to stop for food / water or to use the restroom, and were not offered water for our hike . I politely asked if we could stop for at least a snack on the way back since we were delayed and didn’t get lunch, but that was pretty much disregarded. If it was a short tour I would’ve understood, but with it being 6 hours long on a very hot day without food or water was tough. However the driver was able to make several personal stops for himself along the trip.
It could’ve been a great tour if those things were different, but for those reasons above I wouldn’t recommend.

The itinerary was good, however we were the only 2 on the tour.
Although our tour guide was very pleasant, he was very young, and he did not really engage unless asked a question. He was accommodating but could offer no conversation and was not informative unlike other tours we have taken.

Nicky was a great tour guide. Tet Paul nature path had amazing views! The Sulphur Springs was a one of a kind experience and Nicky was out photographer. Nicky always knew where we were and took care of us!

Aside from the miscommunication between management and Viator (Please remove the 7AM tour time if you don't begin your tours until 8AM. Very inconvenient since we woke up much earlier than needed) the tour was excellent.
Our tour guide was Stanis, he was super cool and very knowledgeable about the island. He made several stops along the way to take all the photos of my husband and I. Our visits to the Tet Paul trail, mud baths and Toraille waterfall were perfect, there were NO CROWDS. ( tour was on a Friday morning, not sure if that helped) We appreciated him going above and beyond, it was a very long day but I would say this tour experience made our anniversary vacation that much more special! Driver was a no show. The arrangements for where to meet were a bit sketchy, but other drivers helpful, so knew we were in the right spot. There was no phone number to make contact, although he would have had mine. Resorted to contacting Viator, who will hopefully be able to arrange a refund. Not at all impressed, and wasted a lot of our time.

Wow. This was a one-of-a-kind experience with a private tour guide named Kevin. What a cool dude. Super easy going, easy to talk to, and showed us all of the local sites on his hometown island. Yes, it rained on and off, but that didn't stop us from having so much fun at the mud bath, waterfall, small stands along with way, chocolate shop, rum tasting, great lunch and one of the most beautiful Caribbean islands that I've ever been to. Hubby and I opted for this experience instead of booking one through our cruise line. This exceeded our expectations. I almost want to move there. The roads are narrow and wind up and down A LOT, but Kevin was a great driver and got us to and from the cruise port without any issues. He is high class, professional, respectful and just plain likable. This ranks up to be the best experience we had during our 12 day Southern Caribbean cruise. If you're even considering booking this, do it. Ask for Kevin. He won't disappoint.
(FYI: if you're coming from a cruise ship, you will have to exit the port area, through the shops and out to the Main Street. Expect to be accosted by folks wanting to take you on an excursion. Just politely tell them you already have one reserved and are waiting for them. The Main Street is busy, so be patient. Not a lot of parking there. Texting Cool Vibes/Kevin will ease your mind because he will tell you when to expect him, what color vehicle, and license plate, etc. Then get ready for your adventure! Our tour operator cancelled this excursion while we were waiting for the car to pick us up. He said because it was booked the same day he didn’t have a driver on the north to get us in time and we would be stuck in traffic and would likely not get to do everything on the itinerary. He suggested that we switch to the next day but we were unfortunately leaving the next day. We are still waiting to be refunded for this excursion.

The mud pits and mineral pool were so much fun. Our guides were fantastic. They took us to many places and taught us many things about the island. It would not have been the same without them.

My husband and I did a week long cruise with excursions at every port. I was most excited for St. Lucia. We didn't get Kevin as our guide. We seem to have gotten a taxi driver that he hired when his van was full. We got close to seeing Marigot Bay, but I guess we had to stop and get gas instead, so we never actually saw it. Just the view from the gas pumps. Our driver mentioned spots that he could, but it was pretty obvious his day job is not being a tour guide. It's roughly a 2 hour drive each way to Soufriere from the cruise port, so most of your day is spent in the vehicle. It's advertised as being air conditioned, however, since we were not in Kevin's vehicle - the van we got did not have air conditioning (it was also in very rough shape with completely bald tires - not the type of vehicle you want to be in when the entire drive is switchbacks and on the edge of a cliff). I was most looking forward to the guided walk between the Pitons. We were advised there wasn't time to do this, and it was cut out of the tour before we even got to the first stop. The sulphur mud bath was pretty gimicky. We enjoyed the waterfall the most - mostly due to the Rastafarian guide (I can't remember his name) we had. He was quite the interesting fellow - climbed a tree to get us coconuts and grapefruit. Also fixed my hubby's flipflop with a pocket knife and some grass. Included in the tour is transportation, a guide, and beverages, to go into anything is extra. For us, the beverages where in Kevin's van, so we didn't have any for the first couple of hours. Overall, I wish we had done a different excursion. My time on St. Lucia was disappointing as we missed what we were most looking forward to and what we paid for. We felt ripped off.
