Worst transfer puck up ever.
We were not met at the arrivals area he didn't even come looking for us until a local got involved. Generally you expect them to be standing with a sign waiting for you. Ours was late and stayed in their car outside. 26 mins later a local.had to call them for us. Not a very good service at all.

Hello,
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; however, some points in your review do not reflect the reality.
Our driver attempted to contact you five times from the moment you arrived, in accordance with the procedure indicated at the time of booking. It is clearly stated that a reachable phone upon arrival is required in order to facilitate the pickup.
After receiving no response, the driver walked through the entire airport to find you, which eventually allowed the pickup to take place. It is therefore not accurate to say that he did not look for you or that he remained inactive.
We understand your frustration, but this rating does not seem fair considering the efforts made by the driver to ensure your transfer.

The driver was waiting for us outside the airport and was easy to find. He was friendly and took us straight to our villa with no problems at all. At the end of the holiday he arrived on time to take us back to the airport. Perfect!

Communication was excellent and we had a very friendly driver. Instructions were very easy to follow to meet with them. Vehicle was in great condition.
