The price was good. The tour guide some English as well despite being advertised as a Russian only tour. However, it falls short of 5 stars. The van used had extremely uncomfortable seats, and given how poor the roads are, I nearly fell out of my seat multiple times. Additionally, the van does not have seat belts, a huge safety hazard. As well, the tour guide didn’t state clear times where we needed to be back to the bus by, which led to a couple coming back 15 mins late, wasting everyone’s time. The lake itself and the waterfall was good but not spectacular.
