It was amazing a very nice experience, when we went there the photographer was already gone but our guide tour Mxolisi take us a very beautiful picture with our phones and he was very patient with us.. guys just book it and enjoy you wont regret at all

Driver very informed and a very nice relaxing ride but the ambiance can be better. Suggestion is for soft romantic music, fairy lights on the sidewalk and a few coffee shops.

It was absolutely perfect. The area is beautiful the building complex around the water is stunning. The driver was sweet and took pictures of us… highly recommended. We went there at night, it was quite and romantic but the day cruise would be great too…

Got to zulumoon and found the shop closed . Called the number a lady answered and said she was going to call me back and that was the last time I heard from her…. Travelled from my country only to experience such a low standard service which I paid for … totally wasted my money and time .

Again - our deepest apologies from management - this is not the service we are known for and we really would like an opportunity to connect with you personally.
We have tried to call and whatsapp but have not been able to get hold of you. Please be aware that the booking ticket does require you to meet at the gondola dock and not at the shop which would be closed after hours. Because of the delay in getting to the dock, our operator was compelled to take the next bookings. We are so sorry that you missed your ride and would like to try and make good your bad experience. The night ride was so beautiful, tranquility at its best with my husband on my side. It started drizzling a little bit on our way back, so an umbrella when there are potential showers is advisable.

I went on the Gondola ride at uShaka during sunset on Valentines day with my hubby. It ws absolutely magical! I cant believe we haven't been sooner! Being Valentines day, i expected it to be very crowded and noisy, but to my pleasant surprise, it was absolutely peaceful, serene, clean, no waiting lines, romantic and picture perfect! The only thing i wish was if the gondola had a built in radio to play soft violin music in the background to complete the romantic evening ambience. 5 stars none the less! 🌟
