Visiting Burj Khalifa – At The Top was a huge disappointment. The place was extremely overcrowded, with endless lines both to go up and to come down, even with tickets purchased in advance. The organization is terrible: rude security staff, unprepared team, and overall chaos at every stage. For the high price they charge, the least they could offer is a smooth and pleasant experience — but this is far from it. They should learn from other observatories around the world, where service is efficient and respectful. Honestly, it’s not even worth 10 dollars. Just a waste of time and patience at one of Dubai’s most overrated and poorly managed attractions.

Great view but the queue...

Great view but the queue to get the elevator to go up and the queue to get the elevator to go down were insane… The tour operator helped to sort out an issue with our tickets. That was very nice of them.

Over crowded and over priced. Skip it. Dubai always has a haze in the sky anyway. Walk around the fountain area and the mall instead.

A great way to spend dusk and evening. The Burj Khalifa is an astonishing building. My only complaint was how long it took from having our tickets issued to actually getting in a lift to the top. Nevertheless well worth the wait.

El ticket fue una muy agradable sorpresa, pues consideraba ser tratado como VIP (con prioridad para la subida y las bajadas. Consideraba entrada a los pisos 148, 125 y 124. El operador, no muy amigable ni comunicativo, lo que es una gran desventaja para los que van al lugar por primera vez.
