A tour suggests a ‘guide.!’ So anytime you see the word ‘tour’ and don’t read the small print you might well get a ‘driver,’ who may or may not speak your language so take care.
My driver was very good but the tour experience and insight I hoped for a bit of a ‘do it yourself’ approach,

Streets are very crowded as they are single file roads but driver was very experienced so he managed to avoid traffic. He took us to all the places of interest. Though we went to Dalai Lama temple we missed the holiness as he left for south India. Mountain range view was another experience. The place is quiet and serene. Nice
