- Return is on bus by road on Estrada da Graciosa , expected to arrive in Curitiba at 4:30 p.m.
- For your safety, in case of adverse weather conditions, the return will be made by the BR-277 road.
- Barreado is slowly cooked in a clay pot for several hours, which makes the meat very soft) - served over rice and with sliced bananas, oranges and manioc flour. On the side, a breaded fish is also served
- Bilingual guide available only in the carriage during the train ride. Customer must choose his prefered language at the moment of purchase. Available in Portuguese, English or Spanish
- Please provide full name, birth date and Passport number for every passenger (if you are Brazilian, enter your ID or CPF). This information is necessary for the mandatory passenger listing required by ANTT

This was a well organized trip and, from start to finish, I really enjoyed the way it was supervised and the support offered by our guide.
This was particularly so because as a British traveler extra care was taken to ensure that I was fully informed and advised of proceedings in my own language.
The journey itself was spectacular and I appreciated the drinks that were provided during the trip. The seating arrangements were very accommodating and there was free movement throughout the section of our part of the train. I was impressed that any instructions by the crew were respectfully provided. Every effort was made to ensure our enjoyment and safety.
Commentaries were offered in my language although, to be honest, I was more taken up with the stunning views outside.
Lunch was provided following the train journey. This was enjoyable (perhaps it could be made clearer that the drinks and/or sweet were an additional cost) and took an hour.
The stop in the towns were time constrained. Personally, I was more impressed with the first town and would have liked to have explored this more and to have had time to stop for a refreshing drink before moving on.
The coastal town, I felt, was a less interesting stop. The only vendor on this stop was a small ice cream outlet which was disappointing. There wasn’t much to see or do at this stop.
If I were the tour operator I think that I would review these stops. Perhaps a better solution would be to spend more time at the first stop and move back to the drop off point from there? However, in overall terms, this did not unduly influence my excellent opinion of the trip as a whole experience.
The trip back seemed long. The microphone used by our guide was loud and indistinct at times which was frustrating. Perhaps this could be looked at in future.
For anyone in two minds about this trip I would definitely not have missed this and, apart from some minor observation points, I would highly recommend that you DO NOT miss this.
This was one of the highlights of my visit to South America.

We were met on the train by the guide and then returned via minibus to Curitiba with stops in Morretes for lunch, which was great and Antonina. Personally, I would have swapped a stop in Antonina for more time in Morretes or a stop at a roadside cafe will a look at the view as we gained elevation on the drive.

I was picked up really well and then at the train station I had to be looked for first, was responsible for English, the train journey at the beginning and towards the end was boring, not interesting in any way, I first had to draw attention to myself that I speak English, then it was explained to me in English but only at the beginning, then nothing more came, well, the Brazilian tourists are more important, no wonder there were so few English speaking tourists or just me in my group instead of all the English speakers together would have been easier, which I didn't understand, then we went on with the van to a banana shop and to a village called Antonina, drove around briefly for 5-10 minutes and then back to Morretes, we then explored the village ourselves, I don't know what the guide was for, a joke although he was very informative in the van and in the restaurant and friendly, but would have liked to have heard the history of Morretes with a guide, maybe because it's too small, the food in the restaurant was great and tasty and then we went to an adventure park, I would say quickly, it was the story of the town tells a story but for me it's not an adventure park, more of a historical experience, exhibition, definitely not a park and then back to Curitiba and all that for 126 euros, which is excessive, maybe Viator should look at the trip itself and why Portuguese and Spanish speakers pay less for the tour, I don't understand either, as it was said that English speakers would have more money...??? not everyone is rich in the west

I was reluctant to book through a third party with Viator, but it worked out very well. The price included transfers, a guide, train ticket, snack, lunch and more. Great deal and fun experience!

The train ride was ok. So many people and the whole process to board takes too long. The best part was the restaurant in Antonina, the food was simple and tastes awesome and hosts were incredible. The staff in the restaurant was polite and professional. Would recomend that restaurant to anyone.

Being in the town after the meal to putt feet in the river was an unexpected surprise. The van ride home was extremely bumpy because of the stone road and many turns.

Bello il percorso fino a Morretes dove abbiamo fatto sosta per un'oretta circa (pranzo e giro per la cittadina) poi si continua con il pulmino nel paese di Antonina. Ci aspettavamo di visitare la cittadina ...invece ci hanno portato direttamente su un gelateria per 5 minuti. (la parte finale troppo commerciale)

O motorista da Van que veio ao hotel constava na lista da empresa nossos nomes errados a muito custo conseguimos convencer o motorista a nos permitir embarcar. Foi tenso. Ninguém na empresa de turismo atendeu nossos contatos. Na Van que nos trouxe de volta não cumpriu o itinerário combinado ficou de fora o tour pela Estrada da Graciosa a guia simplesmente informou sem mais detalhes que não seria possível realizar o passeio. Enfim, NAO CUMPRIRAM O INTINERÁRIO ACERTADO. Ficamos FRUSTADOS. Fomos prejudicados e nenhuma correção feita a desconformidade ocorrida. Não recomendamos a viator.

Viagem de trem maravilhosa curti muito com a minha namorada, excelente almoço bem completo só pagamos as bebidas, achamos um pouco longa e um calor assim absurdo, mas valeu a pena conhecer morretes e antonina, super recomendo, porem o passeio de trem é o ponto alto, imagens incriveis, e alguns pontos com uma vista maravilhosa.

A operadora não repassou corretamente meus dados e de meus familiares à operadora local Serra verde Express/Gray Line. Nosso passeio seria no dia 29/04/23 e fomos deixados para trás. Não houve comunicação conosco via telefone (corretamente confirmado na reserva da Viator). Esperamos a partir das 8h até 9h10. Foram feitas ligações a partir de nós, para a Serra Verde, desde às 8h15 até às 9h10, em que soubemos do nosso abandono. Exijo reembolso do que foi pago, pois fomos realocados para o passeio de trem no dia 30/04/23, mas na categoria inferior à adquirida pelo pacote (pagamos pela boutique e viajamos na categoria turística). Expresso meu descontentamento com a falta de comunicação das operadoras, pois houve frustração e incômodo em esperar e ter a confirmação da alteração das datas, recebimento de novos vouchers. Meu filho de 8 anos ficou decepcionado, pela ansiedade e frustração. Como veracidade dos fatos, tenho os vouchers da primeira aquisição do pacote e da segunda, a qual fomos realocados, bem como os áudios de WhatsApp com a operadora Serra Verde. Aguardo ao resolução com o reembolso.

Comprei primeira classe Curitiba a Morretes e fui colocado no vagão mais simples. Após diversas contradições fui realocado para o trajeto Morretes a Curitiba e não tive devolvidos os valores, pois há diferença de preço entre eles .

Hola la atención es excelente y tour es maravilloso, el único problema fue que solicite y me cobraron un Guía de turista que hablara español y nunca llego por lo.cual tuve problemas en el tour en algunos detalles como el.saber como llegar a mi lugar o donde bajarme espero pueda tener algún reembolso sobre esto! Todo lo demás fue excelente le doy un 10

El conductor llegó 55 min tarde a la cita sin ningún aviso. O msj Contratamos un servicio con intérprete en español. Realmente este no llego. Y solo escribo para agradecer y Felícitar a Flavia la chica a cargo del penúltimo vagón que todo el tiempo mostró un trato excepcional. Gracias a ella.
