An educational and fun time, learning unique things about St. Lucia rum making and doing rum tasting, (generous) along with the chocolate making process from the flower to the edible object, and getting a hands on experience tempering chocolate and creating our own bar!
Our chocolate instructor, Hagar, was wonderful, and our driver/tour guide Tenesan was outstanding, friendly and very informational along the way--we highly recommend him!

We had an amazing experience at the distillery and Cocoa Sainte Lucie. Hager was an amazing instructor at the Cacao Sainte Lucie and my husband and I enjoyed the experience maki g our own personalized chocolatebars. Our driver Mervin was amazing and expert driver of these winding roads, greatly appreciate him and his knowledge about Saint Lucia.
