Complete waste of time; AVOID - they don’t turn up. We are on a cruise; two weeks before the trip I messaged to confirm pick up point and was told yes it would be the cruise port at 830. We arrived early and waited until 9 before attempting to contact the tour operator to see where they were - no one replied to any messages and the telephone number given wouldn’t connect. Eventually and only via Viator help chat did Viator manage to get hold of the tour company. Despite me confirming our pick up point well beforehand they’d gone to a wrong pick up point! No attempt to contact me; no trying the correct pickup point, even if they’d been a bit delayed we could have lived with that; no apology; no chance to re-schedule; do we believe their excuse? Advice is stay clear of this trip. In the end we booked on spec a trip from the guys touting in the port main building, called Wave Runners, and had a fantastic day with them exploring St Lucia by speedboat and taxi.

Island Adventures tour is top notch! Not only do you get to be in a safari jeep and see a waterfall and walk through the rainforest. They immerse you into the culture with trying the local fruits, telling us about the history of the island, and give a warm Saint Lucia island welcome. Disha was our tour guide and she treated us like family the whole trip. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day with our family of 8! Highly recommend.

Super fun tour of the rainforest and waterfall

Our group of 5 (including a 4 year old child) had a blast on the open air jeep, hike in the rainforest, and views of the waterfall in St. Lucia! Our tour guide Crystal was amazing, so nice, and really helpful for the entire trip. They were able to pick us up at the cruise ship terminal which made it so easy to attend. Crystal even helped us get up the second part of the waterfall! They had cold beverages for us when we got back from the hike. Overall, a wonderful tour!

A blast with Deletra and Wendel

This adventure was definitely a highlight of our trip! Deletra Was our tour guide. She was waiting for us with a sign as we got off the ship! She made the trip so much fun. It rained so we did get soaked and we needed to walk through streams! We all made the best of it. Shout out to Wendel our driver as well. This is a blast and if you can ask for a specific guide! Do so! Fun from beginning to end!
