Meeting Instructions There are two cruise piers in St. Lucia, POINT SERAPHINE and LA PLACE CARENAGE (Port Castries). Point Seraphine Arrivals: Debark the ship and look for the pier exit. Make a right after exiting and walk to the Pink Papaya Restaurant (under 5 minutes walk). Your local representative will be waiting for you wearing a shirt with the logo "LucianStyle" and also will be holding a sign that reads "LucianStyle" Experiences". Port Castries (La Place Carenage) Arrivals: Debark the ship and look for the pier exit. Walk through the doors into the Duty Free terminal, turn left (only way) and continue towards the exit of the Duty Free terminal, the St. Lucia Tourist Board information desk is prior to the exit doors where you will met by your local representative. Your local representative will be waiting for you wearing a shirt with the logo "LucianStyle" and also will be holding a sign that reads "LucianStyle Experiences

What experience? Tour operator
never showed up and phone number on our ticket did not work. Tour operator didn’t answer Viator either as number did not connect. Walked around for an hour looking for our tour. It was frustrating and disappointing as we wasted our time in St Lucia

Terrible experience
We were given minimal directions as to meeting spot. I tried texting the tour operator and he never responded. Call customer service and they tried calling him … no answer
So no segways for us. Now waiting to see if Viator will refund us. They said it will take 72 hours to notify us about our refunds.
Totally wasted our day .. not what you want to do on vacation.

We were impressed with our tour and enjoyed the Segway‘s. Our hosts gave a complete and valuable orientation. We shared our excursion with a group of six who were traveling together. While we enjoyed taking a few pictures, we were a little irritated that the Segway hosts stopped at every clearing and took numerous pictures of the larger group while we waited.
We attempted to communicate with the provider numerous times to clarify the pick-up location and never had a response. We figured it out but a call from the vendor would have appreciated and eliminated some stress.
Contrary to the safety instructions, at the end of the time, we were encouraged to take our machines down a very narrow ramp into their building. A couple of people refused and a couple who did try to negotiate the ramp crashed - including my wife. That experience was the worst part of an otherwise good time.

Why would 'fake company' be the headline of choice? Its really unfortunate, but a lot of negative reviews come from a lack of understanding - or a misunderstanding of the pickup instructions that Viator provides. If I were able to upload attachments to this response I would do so to show that this guest messaged us to state that he arrived at his pickup point at 11am. However, Viator clearly states that 11am is the tour START time. They also state that pickup is 30 minutes before the tour start time. I do however realize that they don't specifically have 10:30 listed anywhere. I believe this can cause confusion, and its sad that our company takes the blame for it. We run tours to a tight schedule and had a bunch of other guests to pickup at the same location who DID actually arrive on time. We cant be waiting for half an hour for one couple or it will throw off the rest of our entire day. Its so sad that the worst reviews come from people who never even got to experience the tour.

Driver did not have a sign or the identifying shirt - he only came to the meeting spot after we called - (we were texted an told that we were no-shows so we called and said we were there) - tour was slapdash and mostly just nearby residential streets. We love Segway tours and have done close to ten all over … this one was a disappointment. The two guides were friendly and tried, but the whole operation needs help.

Sadly, this is a guest we went out of our way to assist after he showed up late for his pickup time. He was told by our office that he was a 'no-show' because he WAS. Maybe he went to the wrong location to wait or didn't follow instructions properly - but the fact remains that 8 other guests WERE indeed picked up for the same time at the same meeting spot. So, if he was there on time there is no way he would have been left.... After he reached out we found a way to still try our best to squeeze him in and didn't even sent them out with the scheduled group. Regarding our route, it's fun, safe and scenic. A lot of people enjoy it and almost all Segway tours around the world are road-based tours. We believe that unfortunately the embarrassment of missing the bus was too much and so, even though we tried, it ruined the whole day.

The tour was not as advertised. We thought we would be going on a nature trail in the mount Picard ares as advertised. However our tour was around the Rodney Bay residential area. Our guide however was very knowledgeable about local fruit and nut trees which he showed us which was interesting. We had hired a car so were mobile. However the Viator booking system only gave us two pick up locations. We could have driven straight to the tour location but instead we drove to The Landings Resort and had to wait for the tour bus to come and collect us. So we simply followed the bus driver to the tour location. The segways were good quick training was also good.

Thomas and Murphy were amazing guides and took our family on a fun adventure of the beautiful island of St. Lucia. They were patient in giving us instructions on the Segway and waited for us to feel comfortable before showing us around. It was a great excursion and highly recommended.

The tour operator did not show up at arranged time…or respond to messages sent day before and same day. Although Viator provided a full refund it was disappointing and we wasted most of our one day in port waiting.

Such a WONDERFUL excursion! Keys and his young assistant were very NICE and the information on the history of the island was very informative. It took me a little time to get use to the Segway but Keys was quite patient with me and made sure I got the hang of it before we hit the trails. We had so much FUN! I will be doing it again when we come back.

We were picked up and taken to the Office where we met other customers on this Segway Tour. We all received sufficient one on one tuition to confidently ride the Segways solo.
We were given safety helmets and we followed in convoy through the adjacent woods which offered lovely views of the bay.
We were given information and the history of the place was explained at different stops along the way, and we had plenty of photo opportunities.
A lovely mini adventure doing something completely different.

Collected from our hotel and taken to Rodney Bay and then we were soon on our Segways and heading up the nature trail. Keyz was a great guide - lots of history about the Island as well as WW2. We stopped at a natural pool for the fish that like to nibble your feet, and then onto the top to eat some treats and enjoy the view. The final stop at the bar on the beach was great fun - very strong rum punches 😜👏

We had an amazing time! We thought we were going to be picked up at our resort, but at the last minute we realized we would need to drive and meet the tour guide. Everyone was so nice and gave us easy directions to find the location. It actually worked out perfectly since we were staying in Marigot Bay and had our own rental car. We got to spend the rest of the day sightseeing at Rodney Bay and getting provisions. Our tour guide Deanaii was super knowledgeable about local plants and uses, and the history of the island, and was incredibly kind and respectful. The Segway was incredibly easy to learn to ride and our guide took his time teaching us the correct use of the Segway. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the island.

Was nervous about doing this but the man seemed nice, but he did have a go at me a couple of times on the trip, I think he needs to work on his people skills.
