The check in process was smooth. The team is very friendly and polite. Our driver Kevin was amazing. Shared history of the island and gave us some great tips. we will be asking for him to take us back to the airport. The car was very clean and very modern.

Offered to stop and take photos of us on our way to the hotel. Checked in to ask how we were doing throughout the drive. Offered us cool refreshing drinks. It was a little confusing when we first arrived. Once you get through customs you should go to the booth right next to the taxi stand and they will call your driver for you. Once we figured that out, everything was smooth sailing. Kevin our driver was wonderful and picked us up in a Lexus with Pitons (the local beer). The drive was smooth and went by without a hitch. On the way back they were waiting for us before our scheduled departure time in a GMC SUV. Very nice drivers and good experiences overall. Their services are a little cheaper too than some of the others listed on viator.

Keith was AMAZING from the first "Hello and welcome" up to "See you later!" He was talkative but not overly. We got to the hotel having seen quite a bit of the island and learning so much more than just the history. He's a careful driver and after seeing the roads we're glad we booked him. Our driver Aron (or Aaron) was the warmest welcome to St. Lucia we could have asked for. He had local beer and water for us to enjoy after our journey, and was excellent at letting us know about local things we should pay attention to or visit during our stay. My husband and I were incredibly pleased and hope we meet Aaron again for another trip.
