At first I had some...

At first I had some second thoughts about booking this cruise because of previous bad reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The crew were friendly, attentive, helpful. The captain was on the lookout and spotted a school of dolphins, which we followed for a bit, getting great pics. The crew was always asking if we needed any drinks, they were helpful with the snorkeling gear and the food was fantastic! Best fish we had our entire stay on the island. Dessert included homemade ice cream - ! All in all, a great experience, 10/10 would do it again. Oh, and don’t worry about being packed in the boat. There were 16 of us on the cruise and we all had plenty of room. Great time, thanks guys!

We booked online. We drove an hour to the otherside of the island to make the trip and they never picked us up in the lobby location they listed as the pickup site. This is a total scam and they fight your credit card dispute.

Absolutely terrible communication

Absolutely terrible customer service! I have email confirmations that we were to be picked up at a certain location at our hotel at 8:20am. We were waiting had to contact Viator and both of Viator and myself tried calling Island tours multiple times with no response.
