This company was superb and the vehicles were high quality luxury vehicles and very clean. Both of our drivers were very punctual and pleasant. They were very good drivers and we felt very safe and comfortable during travels. Jason and Elijah both, were professional and also were more like tour guides along the way. We are so glad and more than satisfied that we chose this company…..thank you so much !

When booking, it looks as if there was a shuttle once an hour. Instead I waited 1,5h at the airport for the shuttle to leave. When they picked me up from the hotel I had to wait another 35 min for them to show up. 2 stars because the drivers were good, and once we were on the road everything worked smoothly. There is an app called allez that is a ride share app and it is a much better option than booking the airport roundtrip with this company.

The journey from Hewnorra airport to my airbnb in gros islet was smooth, stress free and surprisingly quicker than expected. Although, my accommodation was not the easiest of places to find, driver was able to communicate with the host and had no problems finding it, made sure all was well, then departed with a friendly wave.

The driver was punctual to pick me up from my hotel. It was almost perfect. The only complaint that have is that the driver who drove me from the airport was very greedy and rude. He tried to force me into giving him more money for a tip. He actually laughed when I gave him the tip and requested more stating that he'd made a stop and should get more money. He even suggested that I ask the hotel and my family for change or to borrow some money. I wouldn't recommend the driver, but would suggest the company itself.

It is unfortunate that there was a mis communication between you and the driver. He indicated that he took you to the pharmacy and made a few other stops along the way. There is indeed a separate cost for the trip to the pharmacy which is not along the route to the resort. However we will have a further discussion with the driver, per your review.

This was my first visit to St. Lucia and was very pleased with the excellent service for transportation. The Barefoot Holidays podium is located immediately outside the baggage area. Verna, the representative, warmly greeted me, and the driver quickly pulled up in an impeccably clean vehicle. The return trip to the airport was just as pleasing, and both drivers were outstanding chaufers!

Our flight was late but no problem. We had a beautiful car and great driver take us to our destination. About 1 hr. then different airport on the way back. Over 2 hrs of breath taking scenery. Driver stopped and let us take photos. Well worth it

The drivers were excellent. The highways in St. Lucia are narrow, twisting, and difficult. Particularly on the return trip, there was also a good deal of traffic requiring very skilled calculations of distance for passing. I am so glad that we booked the transfers rather than trying to drive ourselves.

Both vans pickup and return were clean and in working order. The first driver was pretty good and offered interesting facts and knowledge about the island while taking us to our resort. The cost was a bit high considering that the van was pretty full both ways. It would have been a nice little perk if the driver would have offered a bottle of water to their passengers. After flying in, an hour and a half trip could have used some water.

Did not feel comfortable with return arangement so booked another taxi back to the airport.... When I called agent to report this I could NOT reach her ..or an e-mail and she said THAT was her preferred contact number as I had previously called her on the listed # and left message on her Voice mail mwhich she said she Never Got .!!

The Driver going to hotel was friendly and informative about local sites. There were two other families in the pick up transfer which was nice as we introduced ourselves and ended up having a nice conversation on the hour and a half ride to our individual hotels. The transfer was nicely air conditioned and clean.
My return transfer was even more exclusive. I was picked up in a nice family sized car which again, was nicely air conditioned plus, I was the only passenger in the transfer so I had space to relax and enjoy the journey from the hotel to the airport. The driver was very friendly and did not demand a tip. I will definitely use this service in the future...

On the outward journey, the lady at the Viator kiosk was welcoming and helpful. She informed me on the schedule as the trip meant dropping off another couple in a different resort. The driver was also courteous. On the return journey, the driver was promptly on time at the hotel to meet me, courteous and friendly. The hour and a half trip went quickly and pleasurable as we chatted about St Lucia and the sights.

Excellent! From the warm welcome at the arrivals hall to the professional, courteous and excellent driving skills of the driver, this is definitely the way to travel from the airport. Journey time to our destination was 90 minutes - a notoriously bad passenger I felt safe at every stage of the trip!

Very prompt and courteous attention. The driver and guide were waiting as I exited the Customs door and we were on our way past the airport gates to the hotel within a couple of minutes of my clearing Customs. The return trip was similarly quite punctual and comfortable.
