The roundtrip pick ups went accordingly. My connection ran a little over but Viator was there waiting and greeted me at when I exited the airport. I would definitely use their services again. In fact I am planning another trip in June in the Caribbean, so I will surely consider their services again.

If you are alone, then this is the best service. The drivers and the lady who met us at the airport were very courteous and pleasant. As for the cost, if there are multiple people, then you can get a much better price because the price on the island is per taxi not per person and with anything more than 3 people, the full taxi will end up being cheaper than this.

This service was excellent! Reps were very friendly, properly attired and very informative. They even provided us with bottled water upon arrival. Vehicles were in excellent condition.

The shuttle driver that brought me to the airport was very friendly! I am not a talkative person and he made me feel very comfortable. He asked me did I enjoy my trip, the sights I saw, when I was coming back to see the sights I missed etc.
