Pickup is done from the main road through the Sunny Beach resort at designated bus stops. Usually within a 5 minute of the hotel or accomadation. In Sunny Beach we use our big red London buses, for other locations we use branded coaches and minivans.

We had a really enjoyable afternoon. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. The whole experience was very relaxing, and the food was excellent. The only slight downside was the snorkeling stop—unfortunately, there wasn’t much to see in the area we visited. Otherwise, it was a fantastic day and we’d happily recommend it.

Everything was great! Pick up was easy and timely and communication about such was wonderful. The cruise was very calm and relaxing, music, food, drinks, staff were amazing! The only small disappointment (as someone who has snorkeled in places all over the world), was the snorkeling, it was not great. The water was calm and conditions were great, but the only thing in the water we saw were jellyfish (and one small crab)! And that was cool and all, very cool, but was hoping to see other things as well. BUT with that said, the trip was amazing and I would go again in a heartbeat 😊 Very well staffed, customer service was top notch!!

I’m not sure if we were just lucky and the boat was quieter, but there was plenty of room to move around. Lunch was really good.

Well organised, attentive crew great all round experience
A slight shame we saw no sea-horses or dolphins and a few too many jelly fish, but this obviously outside of ship's control😄

I would not recommend this tour. The boat went out 1 hr then back same way. We stopped right next to port we departed from. We did not even attempt to go snorkeling and even when asked for snorkels they refused to give us one to use. They just said visibility was bad. Very frustrating trip and kids had terrible time due to no snorkeling or entertainment at all. The people were nice at least.
Great afternoon experience with very friendly staff, good food, amazing views all around. The snorkeling experience was lovely.
Overall, it is a lovely holiday experience, and we will definitely come again

The VIP Catamaran was amazing. The staff were very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The service and food was brilliant. Everyone was happy to be there. Lovely calm atmosphere. Really enjoyed getting in the sea for swim. Would recommend to anyone.

Great friendly crew , food was good , not too my taste but the other people seems to enjoy it - nightly recommend the trip ! We saw dolphins and lots of jelly fish :-)
