Kayaking in a quiet cove of the bay was an absolute delight, peaceful, informative, and perfectly paced. The guides were fun, friendly, and clearly knew their stuff. I took my 7 year-old son, and we both had a fantastic time. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect experience for beginners like us. We had smaller children as well which were accounted for with their own small paddles and safety gear. Josh was so welcoming accommodating with the children.
I think the best price of advice is that be flexible as you can’t predict the weather and the tides. Josh called us the day before to discuss options as the weather and tides were not going to be great for us on our chosen timings and where we had chosen to go. Instead there are many other safer options where you can still have a great time in the kayak. We had the best experience with local knowledge guides. You wouldn’t get that in Sydney. Just superb. Thanks guys. We will be choosing you guys again for any other adventure packages.

Thanks Donna! Please come again with the kids for another adventure! regards Josh

My hubby & I joined the 2 hours kayaking session on the morning of 1/1/24. We had 15 people in our group with participants ages from around 10 to an elderly woman. As my hubby & I aren’t active people nor talented in aquatic sports I worried that we may loose control of the kayak by flipping over in the water. This activity turned out to be so much fun. Above all, we enjoyed learning about the nature, how we should take part in protecting it and the aboriginal culture. Our instructors are very really fantastic, fun, very well experienced and were very informative and friendly. They explained to us the necessary techniques and key skills of kayaking as well as rules of engagement prior to going into the water. Safety was an important area our instructor covered in detail and life jackets were provided to all participants.
This activity was leisurely, enjoyable, techniques was easy to execute to learn and was certain not a high impact sport; suitable for kids & older people alike.
We had water & land exploration during this activity. We had sighted stingrays, oysters, mullet fishes, cockles, abalones, small crabs and even tasted the Aboriginal food picked from the beach.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
The Glass Bottom Tour is one of the favourite tours that we run. It caters for all ages and abilities and we are extremely proud of all our guides with their skills and knowledge and they truly love what they do.

Bad photos but great tour. We did glad bottom tour which was a good kayaking experience at Bateman Bay. Our guide explained kayaking basics, showed us a thing or two about the area and we had fun time. Will surely recommend it. And do a longer tour next time (if I come back to Australia and this region again).
They said they’ll take complementary photos 😳🙄😬 please!!

A great way to spend a morning (or arvo).
Went with my 6 year old boy who had a blast.
We went and caught a few small waves and also went against a few which was fun.
It was looking like we wouldn't see any creatures, but that's the way it goes. But all of a sudden found 1,000s of crabs crawling across the sand bar. The kids could pick them up and didn't want to leave. A great tour.

Thanks Craig! Mother Nature sometimes keeps here secrets hidden, we are so glad that the crabs came out for you! Does not matter how old you are, we all love soldier crabs!

My family and I had a great time. Saw a shovelnose shark, some smaller stingrays and an eagle ray. Would highly recommend the tour.

Our family of five had an absolute ball on this tour. Josh made the whole experience relaxing and fun, and was so encouraging to our kids in particular as they tried things outside of their comfort zone! We never felt rushed, and Josh's knowledge of the area and ability to spot things to point out to us was exceptional. You won't regret this experience for a second.

Thanks Clare, we'd love to see you and your family on our pizza paddle or our new snorkel discovery experience!
