Navin is a very friendly and easy going person and a very knowledgeable guide. He speaks perfect English and even a bit of Dutch! We had a great afternoon. We learned a lot about the ancient city of Anuradhapura, Buddhism and also had nice conversations about live in Sri Lanka and back home and the differences and similarities. The Ancient city is worth a visit, it is beautiful. And being driven around in a TukTuk by Navin was so much fun! We highly recommend this tour!

Anuradhapura tour

Navin gave us a wonderful tour of Anuradhapura, covering both the old town and the new town. During the tour we visited several temples and historic Buddhist monuments. In total, we explored 12 different places. Navin is a very friendly and enthusiastic guide who is happy to share his knowledge about the history and culture of Sri Lanka. We had a great time learning, laughing, and experiencing the local culture. If you want to learn a lot while having a great time, we recommend Navin 100%! Fantastic experience

Navin did a really great job showing us around in Anuradhapura! It was our first day and he was very kind to answer all of our questions about the sites, temples and culture. As a Bonus we saw a lot of animals during the tour and Navin gave us tons of recomondations for Restaurants and coffee. I can highly recommend this tour.

Phenomenal tour

Navin is a great guide! His English is phenomenal and he even knows quite a lot of Dutch. The tour is informative and extensive. Navin goes the extra mile to make sure his customers get everything they need. He arranged a place for us where we could stash our suitcases during the tour and he brought us to lovely local place when we requested a spicy lunch. Originally, we booked the tour on a different day, but it rained really hard. Navin was proactive in moving our booking and even gave us a discount because we now had a group instead of private tour. This just shows his professionalism and consideration. After the tour we got more recommendations for place on WhatsApp. Honestly worth the money and the best tour I’ve had in Sri Lanka.

I have never had a guide who is so knowledgeable, friendly, cordial, funny, flexibel, caring, interested in other cultures and customer friendly as Navan. Navin's city tour is fun! Next to that, you see and learn a lot. Going by tuktuk from one sight to the other in the beautiful green centre of Anuradhapura. Navin is very knowledgeable! Best tour guide for visiting Anuradhapura!

We had Navin as our guide through Anuradhapura and it was amazing. If you want to see the city and all the highlights, definitely have Navin as your guide. He really made the city and buddhism come alive with his information and we really enjoyed the small talk as well! He gave us useful information the day before via Whatsapp and picked us up at our hotel. He also bought water and a snack for us during the tour! Afterwards he also gave us information about the rest of our vacation in Sri Lanka!

We had a private tour through Nuradhapura with Navin and would recommend it to everyone! He can tell you everything about the city, no matter what you ask. On top of that, he’s always up for a friendly chat :) At the end, after a short lesson, we even got to drive his tuktuk! The tour was even better than expected, so definitely recommended!

Wonderful tour of Anuradhapura!

This was a wonderful tour which takes in many of the major ancient Buddhist sites in Anuradhapura. It made for a more interesting experience to have Navin as a guide, he was engaging and knowledgeable of the area. Travelling by tuk tuk was comfortable and a great way to get to the many places, which Navin did with skill and care. Well worth doing. My only tip, bring thick socks or two pairs as the paving gets hot walking around the temples (as shoes are not permitted). Highly recommend!
