Merlin’s greed has taken over splash
landings !!!!Even allowing for summer holidays it was ridiculous. £168 for 3 adults not swimming 3 adults swimming and a 3 year old was ABSOLUTELY NOT value for money. Arriving at our booked time we queued in a very hot hallway for almost 30 minutes to get in. Changing rooms also very hot smelly and chaotically busy. With less people the place offers great fun for all but to queue for 90minutes for one turn on a slide !!!!!!Managers you need to take a serious look at what you’re offering here. I understand with the music they’re trying to create a holiday vibe but the noise is unbelievable The armband timing system is an absolute joke because nobody takes any notice of it it’s very easy to stay in there all day and nobody would notice. The Viator app wouldn’t show tickets so even after queuing we then had to go and queue at another desk Families in the U.K. need days out which offer value for money NOT be ripped off at every opportunity!!!!! A small carton of children’s juice £2.25 an ice lolly £3.50 car park £8 over £200 for 2 hours in a swimming pool is an absolute disgrace
Bring flip flops. Bring towels. Bring 20p for the locker. Add 1 hour to your journey for traffic into the park and parking. You will struggle to park near the water park and so be prepared to walk 10 mins. Bring snacks and a drink. The prices in the resort are mind boggling! I would recommend going to the first or last session as Quinn times for some of the flumes reach 75 minutes!
The parking is ridiculous, the spaces are way too small, we couldn’t even get out of the car door without shuffling backwards and forwards with car next to us
The queues for the water park rides were over an hours wait
Lovely experience for our first visit . Grandchildren can’t wait to go again

Perfect day, kids loved it. Plenty to experience, not too crowded. Food a little on the costly side, but other than that can't fault it.

Didn’t get to go. Mix up with dates I was in spain when I booked it. Didn’t realise until I was asked for a review. Was taking grandkids and booked hotel. Hope Viator can do something. Gutted. But it is a great day out for people who are going
