The first day was fantastic as we were only queued for 15 minutes to get on each ride. The Friday was just chaotic waiting in an hour in each queue so we only managed to get on 6 rides. Really disappointed that the river wasn’t open.

Anyone with disabled access cards please make sure you pre book. I hadn't, they gave me my 1st day but not the 2nd. You have to book months in advance now apparently. Wish I had known this. 2nd day wasted as was not able to hang around for an hr or 2 per ride.

Alton Towers was good, couple of rides closed but was there for two day pass, we booked accommodation on AIRBNB, well presented, modern and a very clean two bed cottage, five minutes 1.8miles from park, will book same for our next visit.
