This was a great tour of the city, and Jennifer was able to get us in a prime viewing spot of the cheese market. Alkmaar was a fun, small city to explore for the morning. We’d love to spend more time there later.

Jen was lovely and informative. Along the way to the cheese market she gave a detailed history of Alkmaar. She explained the cheese market in great detail so we knew what was happening. The experience would have meant nothing without her explanation. We were even able to get inside the gates to sit up close and personal to the activity and some cheese carriers came over to speak with us. I highly recommend this tour and in particular Jen leading it.

Jennifer is awesome! She is very knowledgeable about the city and it’s history, and her great personality adds an additional flavor. She knows many of the locals and gets special treatment for her tours based on her local relationships. Highly recommend spending the morning with her.

The tour was great. Small group and Jen is a very attentive guide; she provided lots of interesting information about the cheese market and the city of Alkmaar. We had a very fun experience. Definitely would recommend, especially if you like cheese!

We had a fabulous tour with Jen. The relationship Jen has built with the cheese runners made for a fantastic morning as their interaction made it a fun atmosphere. Jen gave us lots of history and some great stories 😊 As we were in Alkmaar area for a few days, Jen also recommend the medi evil festival. We came back the next day and had an amazing experience! Thanks Jen for a memorable tour! Highly recommended!

What a nice visit! Jennifer was wonderful and explained everything perfectly. She only uses small groups, so, Visite is almost private. We were able to see the Alkmaar Cheese Market really up-close. Also, great walking visit in Alkmaar. This visit was well over my expectations.

Toller Tour Guide. Wurden von Jennifer sehr gut durch die Altstadt geführt und am Käsemarkt hatten wir exklusive Sitzplätze. Der Erklärungen zum Käsemarkt waren sehr interessant. Zum Abschluß gab es Käse zum probieren. Würde die Tour jedermann empfehlen. Eine freundliche und herzlichere Führung hab ich noch nie in über 40 Jahren erlebt.
