Easy pickup at airport luggage hall. Modern clean car Assistance with luggage. JJ was polite and an excellent careful driver. 😀 .

Disappointing experience

We did get safely to our destination, but that’s the only good comment I can make. The company never communicated where to meet the driver. The just stayed at the airport. So we had issues finding our driver. The driver did not provide bottled water as promised and didn’t say more than 5 words the entire trip. Even when my husband tried to start conversations he just gave 1 word responses. Upon arrival at our apartment, he unloaded the bags and left. He didn’t say anything or even look at us.

It was a seamless ride to Port Douglas. AJ was helpful and great. The coastal ride was very nice.AJ met us with a placard and also messaged us as we landed. It was helpful and convenient.
