The tour was incredible, thanks to Laura! She was very knowledgeable and was very eager to show us every little detail. Highly recommend it.
We paid for the tour in English through Viator. The tour provider was “Fun & Tickets”. They dropped us from the tour because they said the tour was in Spanish only and asked if we would come the following day which was not possible. Even though we said we would go along with the Spanish tour, we were still removed from the tour. The guide was difficult to find and arrived late. Other than being pretty upset, we’re waiting to see if the refund comes through. We do not recommend Viator. We’ll follow through with our review on Google.

Great introduction into the Spanish history. Laura is excellent tour guide, conducted the tour in fun entertaining way. The downside was waiting time for additional people to arrive by bus to joy our small group. This is probably why we have to skip a few things with no commentary passing by ( eg. Jewish quarter). Otherwise it’s good experience.

Be ready to walk. Segovia has a lot of hills.
Great way to see the city with a plan and not to get lost at first. Beatrice, our tour guide, was fantastic and knowledgeable.
It was clear on where and when to meet for the tour and when it would end.

Our guide (don’t know his name) was half hour late as was arriving as part of a tour from Madrid - there was no apology or introduction from him we were just handed our earphones. The tour itself passed all the main highlights but we didn’t feel any enthusiasm or engagement about Segovia from our guide. Underwhelming experience overall.

We had a very wonderful memorable experience. Our pilot was Salah. We had magnificent Birds Eye views of the Cathedral, Castle and aqueduct and flew over some fields and forested areas with deer and foxes. They had a nice casual brunch with Cava, omelettes and cheese and meats. And they took lots of great photos of us and gave us a ride back to our starting point All in all it was a great first time in a hot air balloon.

The tour guide never showed up and the phone number listed did not work. This was a huge waste of our time

I was expecting a large group as seen in the pictures but i was pleasantly surprised there were only 3 people total taking our English tour of Segovia with Laura. She had a lot of information but easy to understand so it was not like history textbook. Good tour that ends in the Alcázar so you can explore further.

This was an excellent way to learn more about Segovia through the ages. Laura passed on her knowledge in a very relaxed manner and in excellent English.
Although there was quite a lot of walking (the clue is in the name!) it was at a gentle pace.
The inclusion of admission to the cathedral and the alcazar, meant that this was really good value for money.
We enjoyed our tour and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Experiencia muy interesante visitando el interior del alcazar , vaya joya es! Está conservado como nuevo ,es tremendo de bonito por fuera y dentro. La catedral muy chula también,el órgano muy bonito. La guía Irene muy simpática y sabe mucho. Pero ... Va rápida ,casi no da tiempo a hacer fotos y nos perdimos varias veces del grupo jaja, lo recomiendo pero hay que ir a paso ligero y eso no me mola
