Only good thing was the crews entertained us good on way back with dancing, not value for money, stopped of once to swim trip was about 3 hours as never left harbour till 2 pm was back by 5 pm food was not so great, if you drink it's most probably value for money if not don't waste your time been on many catamaran cruises this one not so great,
Good trip over all but would not say it’s worth the £54 we paid each. Only 1 hour to swim and eat. 1 stop only. 45 min each way to get there. Team were amazing on the way back with getting everyone up dancing! They saved the trip! But doubt I would go again when the food provided was tiny sandwiches, tiny pizza slices and a cup of crisps. Also pretty quiet on the 45 min ride to the swim stop, not that fun at all
Good experience! It was nice to see the Monte Leão close to us. The food and drinks were good and the crew was very nice and fun.
Very friendly crew, good drinks and snacks. The ride was totally enjoyable, we had fun. Choppy seas around Sal aren't a problem for Sodade.
Enjoyable activity for a half day. It's a bit weather dependent how much you'll want to do. It was a bit windy so swimming or snorkeling weren't very appealing. But despite this I enjoyed the sailing and the crew is very nice
We had a great time on the Catamaran Cruise- good food (sandwiches/pizza/crisps etc) and drinks flowing - everyone up dancing with the crew on the way back to port - book it - you'll have a fab day!
This boat trip was so good from the second we were picked up! Our bus guide was so full of life! Bus journey was about 20 minutes from our hotel in Santa Maria. Once at the port we were asked to put a life jacket on ready to go on a small speed boat - wasn’t too sold on this at first but it makes the trip a little more exciting. Once on the boat the staff were so accommodating offering a glass of bubbly the second you get on! 45 minutes around part of the island where you then stop for an hour. We got to explore in the sea and they got a swimming pool out towards the back enabling not to confident swimmers to still venture into the sea. A great selection of snacks and drinks to be had onboard. The fun starts on the return journey where the staff get everyone joining in with the dancing and partying - probably my favourite part! Thank you to the team for making the day so good!🤩

Staff are excellent but the actual trip was pretty boring I’m afraid which is not there fault as there’s no scenery to look at it’s like the moon , so not any good really I’ve been on catamaran trips before it’s the first thing I book in Santorini and Caribbean they’re brilliant as there’s things to see , so it won’t put me off going again in other countries just don’t recommend if you like scenery in Cape Verde

Everything went smoothly. The bus that picked us up was lucky and cool and the staff were very friendly. The whole experience was superb. We stopped for an around an hour to swim in the sea. Snacks and drinks onboard were plentiful.
We went on the 6th September and it was absolutely amazing, from pick up at the hotel Alina was friendly yet professional and extremely knowledgeable.
Safety was paramount on this excursion as you woudl expect. When we had stopped for lunch Alina came and chatted and asked why we were not swimming (I can’t swim lol) in chatting I mentioned we had married a week earlier and this was our honeymoon.
On our return journey I was relaxing at the front getting some sun and was summoned by a crew member that said my husband wanted me. When I went inside i found music playing and the whole boat clapping for “the honeymooners” we re did our first dance and were gifted a bottle of bubbles.
It was an amazing day, the whole crew are amazing, informative and very entertaining, if you have chance to do this excision, do it.

The crew was very cheerful and very good dancers. So all the way back we danced and had fun
The dancing by the crew on the return sail was fabulous. It was thoroughly enjoyable. In spite of the choppy sea in the strong breeze the catamaran was stable enough to provide a steady sail.

Generally ok if all you want is a boat trip with plenty of alcohol and entertainment on tap, but the snorkelling was very disappointing as anchored too far away from the shore to see anything (not a single fish), and customers were called back to the boat if they swam towards the shore.

We understand your disappointment but we do not publicise our tour as a snorkelling tour, we only give the masks as an extra and this as the swimming stop, always depends on the weather conditions as well. She's a tourist, unless you have nothing better to do, it's not worth it. It lasts less than they say because it is so late and the snorkeling they announce is lousy. The snack they offer is fine, the drinks too, but they are rather hot. The animation of the end is your main dish, to leave people happy, but in general...👎🏽

Cette activité a été l'apogée de mon séjour sur l'île de Sal. L'équipage du Catamaran Sodade est magnifique et sympathique, Rony, Lucy et les autres ont été de très bonne compagnie. Après mes vidéos postées sur mes réseaux, tout mon entourage veut visiter le Cabo Verde.
Deze ervaring is geheel afhankelijk van het weer. Wij hadden veel wind en weinig zon. Daardoor niet om het eiland heen gevaren. Bij de tussenstop was het snorkelen niet optimaal. De zee was te onstuimig waardoor we niet dicht bij de kust konden liggen.
Maar de bemanning weet er een mooie ervaring van te maken. Wij hebben als groep van 10 man genoten van deze geweldige ervaring!

Lo pasamos genial, la tripulación es muy animada y la experiencia super buena, estuvimos nadando en el mar, bailando en el catamarán y disfrutando mucho.
une expérience incroyable en naviguant sur le catamaran. Boisson illimitée et musique hyper bien. Que ce soit en espagnol, en italien, en capverdien ou en français, il y avait de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts musicaux. Tout le bateau a dansé et a ri. La baignade en été était fantastique. Si je reviens, je retourne à bord du catamaran.
Transfert de l’hôtel au bateau parfait à l’heure rien à dire. Équipage au TOP vraiment INCROYABLE, très serviable avec le sourire. Beau paysage avec la possibilité de se baigner, pêcher, tuba et masque à dispo. On ne ressent pas le mal de mer car le catamaran est grand. Retour sur le port en musique et en dansant ce qui anime la demie journée
Petit bémol : les « meilleures places » sur le bateau sont prises et plus possibilité d’y accéder après . Et je trouve que le buffet était un peu limite pas assez de choses à manger et trop rapide mais sinon c’était super top je recommande

Sortie bien, équipage très très sympa avec envie de faire participer les touristes. Le lieu pour se baigner en pleine mer n est pas top ( bp de vagues) et collation moyenne. Néanmoins ensemble sympa. Par contre ne jamais payer avant car nous devions être 4 et notre fils était malade et pas remboursé...donc déjà qu'on a trouvé l excursion rapport qualite/ prix cher...
