The map doesn’t work with iPhones. None of us could get the map to geo locate so we couldn’t use the turn by turn instructions. And the clues didn’t seem to relate to the building it led us to. We gave up as it was more frustrating than fun.
Response from Host, Oct 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that the map and geolocation did not work properly on your iPhones and that this made the experience frustrating rather than enjoyable.
We also regret that some of the clues did not seem to match the locations you were taken to. That is certainly not the experience we want to provide. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us identify where improvements are needed.
We hope you’ll give us another opportunity in the future to provide you with the fun and smooth experience we aim for. 🙏
