    The bus was 30 min late. They did not have AC. They did not do the scheduled itinerary. We had to wait an hour for a new bus, which broke down. The PA system wasn’t on the second bus so we didn’t get the guided tour. They were 3 hours late dropping us off. No one had a nice time, it was miserable.

    Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience was affected by a series of unexpected circumstances on that particular day. We would like to provide some context regarding what happened. The pick-up delay was approximately 15 minutes. As this is a shared tour, a certain degree of flexibility is sometimes necessary during the pick-up process, and unfortunately, a delay involving one passenger can have an impact on subsequent pick-ups. That day was also an especially atypical day in Rio de Janeiro, coinciding with the presidential elections and with unusually heavy and unpredictable traffic conditions throughout the city. This made transportation considerably more challenging than usual and contributed to some of the delays experienced during the tour. Regarding Christ the Redeemer, there is no fixed order for the attractions on this tour, as the itinerary may be adjusted according to the circumstances on the day. Christ the Redeemer is normally prioritized at the beginning of the tour, particularly because of the morning conditions and light. However, on that specific day, access to Christ the Redeemer was temporarily suspended due to a landslide in the area, and access was only restored around midday following authorization from the Civil Defense authorities. As soon as we received confirmation that the attraction could safely be accessed again, our team reorganized the itinerary and made sure that the visit could take place. We fully understand how frustrating it can be when an important attraction cannot be visited at the originally expected time. However, this was an official safety restriction, and taking guests to the attraction while access was suspended would simply not have been possible or responsible. There was also an unexpected issue with the vehicle’s air conditioning. Once the problem was identified, we immediately took action and arranged for the vehicle to be replaced. We understand that this was inconvenient, and we sincerely regret the discomfort it caused. What is important to us is that, throughout the day, our team remained focused on finding solutions. Whenever an unexpected problem arose, we took the necessary steps to resolve it and ensure that the services and attractions included in the tour could ultimately be delivered. As a result, the day ended up taking somewhat longer than originally expected. This was not the experience we normally provide, but rather the result of a combination of unusual circumstances occurring on the same day. We would also like to emphasize that this was an isolated and highly atypical situation. We have been operating tours in Rio de Janeiro for many years, and we understand the importance of providing our guests with a well-organized, comfortable and enjoyable experience. We are constantly working to maintain the quality and reliability of our services. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences encountered that day and understand your disappointment. At the same time, we are grateful for the opportunity to clarify what happened and to explain that our team did everything within its reach to overcome the difficulties and ensure that the complete experience could still be delivered.     Great day visiting Selearon steps, Christ the redeemer, sugarloaf mountain, the cathedral and football stadium from the outside. Good lunch. Our tour guide was very good and knowledgeable. Would recommend this your tour to others.

    Excellent tour! Gustavo, our guide, was very knowledgeable and fun. Tour was well organized, with a driver that was flawless. Place to eat is great, clean, varied and all included. The attraction were done efficiently but not rushed. Overall great experience, recommend 100%!

    Great day tour covering all the major tourist spots in Rio in one day. The guide speaks English very well and all tickets were bought in advance, saving us time. We even got access to fast track queuing for some of the activities, which saved us time. The only negative is that I found out the tour was at least £20 cheaper if bought locally from a hotel. That's one thing to consider when booking these tours on Viator-type websites

    Excellent tour guide. Picked us up at hotel and dropped us off. Even WhatsApp message before hand with information on pick up. Guide was very informative and took time to give details as we drove from site to site. First time we have done an organised group trip as normally go our own way. However I recommend in Rio it’s safe to be with a registered company and guide you will feel much safer and get to see all you want. Best bit was Christ the redeemer had clear sky and views were amazing. Well worth it
