This was supposed to be a small group tour but ended up to be a private tour! Kudos for not canceling me😊. Our guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable! Many other visitors listened in because she was so interesting! Great tour!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the theatre, making for a very informative tour for people like myself, who know nothing about opera or ballet. My interest was in the architecture/design of the theatre and this was covered in detail.

Interesting, guided tour through the museum and a brief visit to one of the private boxes overlooking the auditorium and stage. The adjacent Foyer Alla Scala cafe worth a visit for delicious cakes and coffee at a reasonable price if standing at the counter.

Nice experience, only when we arrived to the tour we got information that might be that we could not enter to main haul because of the event. This information is crucial for tourists, because we are planning our time and booking for full experience. From the company it is a must to add this information. Finally we got to see everything, guide Martha was lovely! Reccomended!

No guide showed up. I was asked to change day/time which I did. Then I got an email confirming the original time so I went to La Scala and no guide was there. I go today for the new time and we’ll see if we have a Guide. Rather disorganized.

Very informative and lovely tour. Able to see the workings of the theatre and the history of how it came to be then and now. Had chairs in each exhibit to sit so you didn’t have to stand the entire time.

Excellent guide. Did not rush us through the tour. Gave us plenty of time to spend in the Opera box seats while she discussed the history of the Opera House. The museum was very educational because of the knowledge of the guide. Learned a lot about the Opera Masters as my knowledge was lean.

We were hoping to see La Scala front and backstage, similar to the wonderful tour at New York’s Metropolitan Opera. This was nothing like it, and provided only a short glimpse of the theater. The guide was knowledgeable, but mostly showed us photos of the theater using a large TV screen, basically navigating a website. If you have modest goals for seeing La Scala, this will be fine, otherwise spend the money for a performance, where you’ll get better access, or buy a book about the theater, where you’ll get more info for less money.

In reality the backstage is not included in the visit, so it's normal that you haven't seen it, as per description.
The visit includes the theatre and the museum.

Not a very interesting tour. Had expected a back stage tour. Instead we only had a visit to the upper boxes and the museum. We could have done both on our own.
