Bring your passport because they scan it and only if they have it on the system they let you in.

It's an expensive alternative to get last minute tickets and the provider is not transparent about what it is doing:
- we booked this for 3 people (me, my husband and our 5 years old child) even thou She does not pay an entrace She needs a ticket to enter Alhambra anyways and they just sent us the adult tickets to enter the Nazarie palace at 1pm, we sent messages everyday for almost 2 weeks until they sent us a ticket to my Daughter at 11pm the Day before our tour in Alhambra and for 5pm (at a certain point we just asked for any time slot for her so we could see the gardens together)
- also, the adress that they have and say for you to get your phisical ticket is not even their Office, clearly a scam, we understood that they do not have an Office anywhere near Spain.
- the touristic train tickets were sent to us after we asked them to sent them twice - the voucher from Viator does not work anywhere here in Granada nor Alhambra.

We were unable to get tickets to the Alhambra but were able to get last minute tickets with Viatour. There were mixed reviews online but we had no trouble at all. They were responsive to my questions and the tickets were available the day before our booking.

Extremely disappointed, been advised to get on time to meeting point, but there was no one to contact, at the point the staff was very rude and unhelp, haven't received any QR code for tourist tran ans was not allowed to ride, lost a big chunk of payment, will not recommend to any one

It is a nice loophole to get tickets (although about 3 times as expensive) for the Nasrid palace and the Alhambra. They are really worth a visit to see the inside!
Some pointers for the organization and other travelers:
- the digital ticket you receive is your entrance ticket for the Alhambra visit. You do NOT have to go anywhere else to get a ticket, and you do NOT have to be anywhere one hour beforehand. At the Welcome Information Centre (address provided on the ticket) they will not give you a ticket or any other information, as they are a different organization.
- DO bring your passport, because in many places in the Alhambra that is your entrance verification.
- I have no clue what the train part was about. I guess it is the tourist train in Granada itself, that you have/can get tickets for with the entrance/voucher you have. There is however NO mention of it on the ticket, NOR in the email, NOR in the advertisement about HOW you should find or enter the tourist train. So for the Viator organization: please include this information, so future travelers know how to use what they bought and paid for.

The tickets arrived successfully, although the time slot for the Nasrid Palaces was slightly different from the one we selected. However, this was clearly mentioned in the description when booking. The great thing is that you can enter the Alhambra complex from the morning and spend the time exploring other areas before your scheduled entry to the Nasrid Palaces.
The entire complex is huge, and you really need most of the day to see everything properly. The price was higher than on the official website, but our trip was a last-minute decision, so this was a good option for getting last-minute tickets to the Alhambra.

If you missed out on getting Alhambra tickets, this is the way to go. While the price is 3.5x as much as retail, sometimes you gotta pay the resellers if you missed out. Time selection is limited so picked one that is closest to when you want to visit Alhambra. Tickets are emailed to you once available, be sure to bring your passports to be scanned as well.
