They did NOT pick me up, couldn't join the tour

I was ready perfectly in time and waiting in my hostel for the pick-up that's included. After 30 min I started calling the company for several times, but I could not reach them. Finally after an hour the personel of the hostel could reach viator. Apparently the company had problems with their transport, without letting me know anything. I had to contact many different persons to arrange the refund and I lost plenty of time. The only good thing they did was paying me back within 3 days, but ofcourse only the exact amound I payed and no voucher or anything for the trouble they caused me. Recommendation: you can easily go their yourself (use an uber or taxi) and buy the ticket there or online, the guide is included anyway in the panoramic tour.
