What are people saying about Nadi

Awesome Tour of Nadi
The temple, food market, Sleeping Giant and mud experience were excellent. Deo could not have been a better guide! Knowledgeable, fun and a delight to be around. The only one exception is being manipulated into feeling that we had to buy things at the oldest village from the villagers.

Exhilarating Day in Nadi
I apologize for not writing sooner. We were on a cruise leaving from Lautoka, this was seriously one of the best days I’ve ever had. John picked us up from the cruise port. We went to their homemade n got the atv, another couple met there, the mud bath so relaxing, crazy fun, orchid garden gorgeous and everything else between perfect! I was nervous to drive but I did it and so glad I did, an amazing time!! Wish Viator let you post pics, not sure why can’t now- so fun!!!

Bobby is the best!
Bobby was an incredible tour guide! His passion for Nadi was evident throughout the tour as he shared his wealth of knowledge about the area's history. As a single traveler, I was worried how I would get along with a larger group; however, Bobby's contagious personality quickly led to group camaraderie. It truly was an exceptional time!

Amazing experience
So much fun! Really get to see Nadi in a lot more ways than we imagined. You get to drive through the town, up in the mountains and along the beach. Go Dirty Tours are an amazing company and we had such a lovely guide Oscar. Would recommend to everybody!

Great experience, highly recommended!
Excellent experience!
We had a transfer to Port Denarau from Marriott Momi Bay, about 45 min (arranged with the hotel, not included). You checked in with South Sea cruises at the Passenger Terminal. ATMs are available at the terminal. We started with a high speed catamaran from Port Denarau to Kuata Barefood Island with South Sea Cruises (2nd stop), about 1h 30-45 min. They put a wrist band on you identifying that you’re with the shark tour. The helpful crew made it clear where you’re getting off.
Once you get near the island, a motorized boat takes you to land and the resort part. Bar, tables, lounge chairs, and bathrooms (roomy and clean) available. Then, the shark tour crew go over the day with you and check in. Snorkel equipment available (included), waivers are signed, options for video packages (underwater GoPro), and lunch buffet are discussed. We were separated into 2 groups. First group was able to go out on motorized boats (bumpy), about 10-15 min to do the actual shark tour, which lasted about 30-40 min before you head back to the resort. It seems short, but just enough time for us.
When you get back, you walk back across the rocky/pebbly beach for lunch (served between 12-2, very delicious). Then the 2nd group goes. We were lucky to be in the first group, eating after the excursion was better and more rewarding. Also, we found out there’s an easier walk behind the beach on the resort part, no rocks/pebbles, which is the way we walked back later for pick up.
Lots of time to relax, eat, drink, and tan (especially from 1st group). Then, you can walk to a small cave nearby to explore (artifacts in cave) and at 2pm, the women from Wailea (island across) bring over their small crafts market for souvenirs. They had jewelry, sarongs, and other small cute souvenirs. They only accept cash. The other part of the resort accepted card/tap.
Wifi available on South Sea cruises and the resort. No ATM on resort, so get cash before boarding.
Overall, a great Fijian experience. Highly recommended!
Oh, and for us, we did see a lot of sharks!

Book it !!
Booked this to take up time between ship debarkation and flight. Worked out perfectly. Bought a day pass at a resort to store luggage that was one of their pickup points. Bus was on time and dropped us at marina to get wristbands. Then we waited for ride and slide to be called. Once on catamaran, the crew was amazing. Sodas, water, beer and wine included. Went to first stop to snorkle. Many varieties of corral and fish. On the way to 2nd stop we were given a light gourmet meal and more beverages. Upon arrival to island once anchored, you could snorkel, swim to beach , or ride in an inflatable boat.
Bean bags, beach chairs, and hammock swings were abundant. You could also snorkel , kayak, swim or just relax. Crew was attentative to your every need. They even bought drinks over from the anchored catamaran. We rode the kayak back and slid down the inflatable slide and jumped off your top deck several times. So much fun. While they were packing up the slide, we were offered brownies and chips and more beverages.
On the ride back to marina, we were entertained by a crew member with his guitar for a sing-a-long.
We got back to marina in enough time to shop a little before hopping back on the bus to return to the resort.
Logistics were perfect . We had just did a 13 day cruise from Tahiti to Fiji with many stops in between. I can say that of all the excursions I did (including 3 snorkels) this was my favorite activity. Highly recommend South Sea Cats if you are looking for a 1/2 day activity.

Amazing Cultural Night Tour!
Everything was absolutely amazing! I have zero complaints about this Cultural Night Tour. The traditional fire dance was mesmerizing and a definite highlight of the night. Also, the underground food cooking was incredible and so delicious. A truly authentic and wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Village time and lollipops
Beautiful ride up the river, excellent village tour, and meal. If you haven’t done a Fiji village, this may be the best I’ve seen as far as the time they spent in the welcoming ceremony and the time they spent with you touring their village. It’s not the same village every day so your experience may be slightly different, but the Boat captain was from our village and that made a big difference in the way we were accepted. The river is beautiful and volatile. The jet boat was not scary, but it was really cool how it would go over such shallow water. At the end, they do multiples to 360s and get you wet, but it’s not till the end so you don’t get cold. We had a couple kids on board and they were fine with the 360s. I thought they were a bit lackluster, but it is fun to get wet at the end. They kind of turned it into a little amusement park with the 360s.. the most important thing is once you get to Sigatoka if you don’t have lollipops already go to one of the mini stores and get a bag. The kids were so appreciative of a simple lolly. And they would not come and try to get a second one. It was pretty cool.

Transfers
Our flight was late arriving, the bags took forever to get unloaded but our driver was still patiently waiting with a smile and even a cheeky joke as we got to the car. We were 45 minutes after our book in time but it was a fabulous reception either way.

Wonderful Time
Such a warm welcome as soon as you arrive! The drinks were amazing, and the food was well-seasoned and really tasty.
I have to mention one moment that stood out. I definitely jumped out of my skin when a jellyfish brushed up under my arm 😅 but one of the staff members immediately took the time to reassure me I was safe. He grabbed a safety buoy and guided my friend and me around, explaining that the jellyfish in that area were safe and had no harmful tentacles.
He even took us out to see the coral farm, which was such a beautiful sight.
Overall, an incredible experience! Highly recommend!

Great value for money but a long day ahead
Great experience, it is quite a long day but covers many of the experiences you would want in an authentic Fiji experience. You can shop for small trinkets and other items in the village with cash so make sure to bring some if that interests you. I don't think all activities will be covered, ie, didn't get a chance to see the crab race (I think because we only caught one). Snorkelling was okay, you can see some small fish and only about whats in front of you, the coral seemed pretty dead. I'm not sure if its just this time of the year but that was my experience. We were catered for and the staff are all lovely and lively. The dinner and the entertainment (goes on for much longer than you might think) was amazing and truly made it an unforgettable night. Everything else included was great.

A true Jewel of Fijian Cultural experience.
A very chill, fun, and very informative cultural experience from the Navua Village locals. Nem is definitely a hardworker and sarcastically hilarious. He is a true-born leader of this village and definitely loves what he does (while he take his meditative breaths. Lol 🤣) GREAT LOVO LUNCH and cultural performance. Please try the fish, taro and lolo dish! It was my fave!
Praneel, our driver, is a great driver, made the drive to and from, which was very long, not much more stressful. Haha
Definitely book this 3xperience when you're in Nadi, ypu won't regret. But if you want a more adventure-filled time, check out the River-tubing experience which is from the same Village and just across each other.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
