Go deeper than is possible on most food tours. This private tour is an immersive culinary experience. First, you’ll visit a local market in the company of your local host, then you’ll go to their home to get a hands-on experience making three authentic regional recipes. Afterward sit down to enjoy your meal together, accompanied by a glass of local wine.

Hidden behind the doors of Querencia Exotic Bar lies Lecce's only speakeasy — Lo Spaccone. Like every true speakeasy, it doesn't advertise its entrance. To get in, you'll need to ask at the Querencia front desk and be let through. Once inside, you'll find yourself transported to the Prohibition era: gaming tables, warm low lighting, a vinyl record spinning in the background, and a bottle collection featuring rare and discontinued labels that money can no longer buy. This is not just a bar — it's a secret world where gangsters cut deals and whiskey never ran dry.

The cooking class will take place in an ancient 19th century farmhouse, completely immersed in nature! We will only use water and durum wheat flour to prepare the dough. At the end of the preparation, you will enjoy the dish of orecchiette that you have made with your own hands!

We are more than a Traditional Restaurant, but a refined Puglia Heritage Restaurant, a place where people can learn hands-on how a historical dish comes to life. The origins of a dish go beyond the recipe. They encompass the history of a region. Over the years, many of our customers have rediscovered flavors long lost in their memory. Forgotten tastes that have touched their hearts, bringing back vivid memories. Currently, our Maestro di cucina is Giorgio Grassi. He learned everything from Rosalba De Carlo, his mother, a great expert in Puglia’s culinary culture. She belongs to the noble baronial family Andriani De Vito of Corigliano d’Otranto. Being also in close contact with the peasants of her village, Rosalba has deep knowledge of both the rich and the humble versions of the same culinary tradition. For this reason, a conference with the UNESCO Patronage chose her as a Case Study in 2010. Rosalba is a great treasure to our Restaurant, but above all a precious jewel of our family.

Step into Lecce's only 1920s-style speakeasy, hidden in a baroque building facing a stunning 16th-century Greek church. SaloonKeeper 1933 recreates the glamour and mystery of the Prohibition era, with original vintage furnishings, Chester sofas, low lighting, and the sound of Jazz and Blues filling the air. Whether you choose to sit on one of Lecce's most beautiful piazzas or sink into a vintage armchair indoors, this is an aperitivo experience unlike anything else in the city — crafted cocktails, curated flavors, and an unforgettable atmosphere that transports you straight to the Roaring Twenties.

This authentic pizza-making class stands out for its truly hands-on approach and professional guidance from an experienced local pizzaiolo. Unlike standard classes, you will learn not only how to prepare pizza, but also the key techniques behind dough fermentation, flour selection, and traditional Italian methods. You will create your own dough from scratch using professional tools, while discovering the secrets that make Italian pizza unique. Since proper dough requires time to rise, you will also enjoy a freshly baked pizza prepared by the chef using matured dough, allowing you to taste the true final result. The experience takes place in a relaxed and welcoming setting, includes a drink, and ends with a certificate of participation. Perfect for food lovers looking for an authentic, immersive, and high-quality culinary experience in Lecce.

Here, guided by a skilled local pasta maker, you'll learn to prepare traditional Salentine fresh pasta entirely by hand — no demos, no watching. Just you, the dough, and decades of tradition passed down come la Nonna. With a maximum of 10 guests, the atmosphere is intimate and genuinely local.
