What are people saying about Fez

Best tour of Fes
Yasin was an amazing guide and took us through the maze of the Medina with expert knowledge about everything. He let us set our own pace, taught us about the culture, and the history of the city. We were very appreciative of his honesty and guidance about the various souks, co-ops, and tourist traps. We requested extra tour stops outside the Medina - to the royal palace and Mellah, and a driver was arranged to take us. The communication throughout the process was great. Highly recommend!

Chefchaouen blue city
A 4 hour long drive from Fes and spent about 4 hours in Chefchaouen was worthwhile. Mohsen, the driver for day trip to Chefchaouen was skillful and tough job. Chefchaouen is beautiful blue city with various alleys in decorated in blue. Be aware certain alleys require tipping.

1/2 day Private walking tour of Fes Medina with local expert.
Great walking tour provided by Special Morocco Tour. The walking tour of Fez with Ahmed is amazing. He’s a great tour guide. Went above and beyond to show us the Medina, history, culture and crafts of Fes. We enjoyed the tour with some new knowledge of Fes’s history. We highly recommend to book with Special Morocco Tour.

Lots of amazing stops...
Lots of amazing stops (the monkeys were really cool and beautiful natural scenery the whole drive) on the way to the highlight - the beautiful and peaceful Sahara, the food and tent were great too. Big thanks to the two drivers/guides, Mohammed and Louzi who did an amazing job. A+.

The colorful city of Fez is a feast for the senses. It’s among Morocco’s oldest cities, with an ancient, UNESCO-listed walled medina, densely packed traditional markets, and one of the world’s oldest tanneries. Fez tours give you a chance to explore labyrinthine parts of the city with an expert to see 9th-century mosques, a 17th-century synagogue, cultural museums, and the famous Chouara Tannery. You can also learn to make some traditional Moroccan dishes with a hands-on cooking lesson.
