Step into the world of Zellige, Morocco’s centuries-old mosaic art, and experience the skill and precision behind this timeless craft. Guided by master artisans, you’ll explore the intricate process of shaping and assembling small, hand-cut tiles into stunning geometric patterns. Unlike ordinary mosaics, Zellige is pieced together upside down, requiring patience and an eye for detail as you carefully fit each colorful tile like a puzzle. Once your design is complete, we’ll seal it with plaster, just as artisans have done for generations. By the end of the workshop, you’ll take home your very own handcrafted mosaic tile—a one-of-a-kind souvenir from Fes and a lasting memory of this authentic experience. Whether you’re an art enthusiast or simply curious about Moroccan craftsmanship, this workshop offers a rare glimpse into the magic of Zellige.
