This is paired with hands-on participation in preparing classic sauces like chimichurri and salsa criolla. Continues with a tasting of local aperitifs such as Fernet and Vermouth, both deeply rooted in social rituals and everyday life in Argentina. To complete the journey, enjoy the classic sweet-and-savory pairing of dulce de batata and queso cremoso, a simple yet nostalgic combination found in homes across the country. All of this unfolds on a rooftop overlooking Buenos Aires, creating a relaxed and intimate atmosphere where food, storytelling, and city views come together.
