Operator never reached out to confirm time and pickup location. I messaged the operator on Viator several days before my tour to confirm but nobody replied back. I had to get Viator involved and they finally found a WhatsApp number 30 minutes before my tour. I texted that number and they scrambled for a driver. If you like anxiety then this is the operator for you!
