Worst experience in Vanuatu.

COMPANY NOT OWNED BY LOCALS - THIS APP NOT RELIABLE WITH BOOKINGS - MONEY NOT GOING TO VANUATU PEOPLE. Owner likes to take your money, claim you have no booking and refuse to look at PAID ticket on this app, argues you called and cancelled when I didn’t. Most disappointing and disgraceful treatment I have received the entire trip. Misogynistic, racist, aggressive owner with an attitude that should never be tolerated by any woman. I was left in tears upset and unable to go on my trip I had paid for because this person is a disgrace to all Australian people (we do not act this way) Was left alone crying in the street and very distressed, until locals found me, looked after me and called the owner of my hotel to come help me. Seems talking to a white man did the truck to sort out the owner operators personal issues. 30 years I have been in hospitality and never once treated this badly (my staff would be fired for this behaviour) Best advise - get off this dodgy app now and book with locals when you get to Vanuatu, your money is going overseas, not to the locals. Boat dirty, glass scratched and foggy, so can’t see clearly. Coral is dead from cyclone and fish are minimal due to overfishing (from the locals mouth, not just making this up) there is an issue here with foreign people taking advantage of locals, open your eyes while here and stick to locals only.

This was one of the highlights of our trip. Both skippers were super friendly and knowledgeable, and they made the cruise so good. We saw so many fish and the kids were able to feed the fish too.

Great experience, especially with little children. We got to see a variety of different fish. Children loved the experience and even got a chance to feed the fish from the deck of the boat. Only downfall was we went on a cloudy day, which limited our visibility.

The earthquake did a lot of damage however parts of the ocean are coming back to life - the weather was perfect and the tour guide Mr R was absolutely amazing and then the boat driver Levo was very skilled getting us over the coral - well worth every penny. We didn’t find Crush or Squirt but lots of Nemos - fantastic tour do yourself a favour and book it 😊

La mer était claire donc les poissons étaient très visibles. La petite balade en bateau jusqu au large était bien sympathique en compagnie de Rosen. Je recommande.
