Bit confusing to find...

Bit confusing to find driver. Van that came was poor in quality and once loaded we had to unload as it was leaking fluid (and odour in van which should have been identified as a problem in the first place). Had to then wait for another van to come. We ended up at hotel at same time as group shuttle that we were trying to avoid with this personal shuttle. Based on this specific experience I wouldn’t recommend it. However, final driver was courteous and did a nice job - just the van issues (which is important though).

Good choice for transfers in Punta Cana

Our party of 2 used this service for tansfers to and from TRS Punta Cana. The value was great and the drivers to and from airport were both couteous and took good care of us. I got text before arriving telling me where to go. There was no one there - but our plane had arrived early. I texted the same number and someone was there soon after. We only waited a few minutes for our car. The driver for the return to the airport was exactly on time. Overall - good experience!

English speaking staff & AC personal car/van

Our experience was really good. We walked out of the airport and we were sent picture of the sign to look out for. I asked other companies and they were kind enough to point to the company that we booked. After that, we sat for a few minutes and a van showed up with good AC & English speaking driver and a co-driver. And they were really nice and polite. I would definitely take this service again in the future.

The company was great and super reliable, they sent me WhatsApp communication all the time, when we landed we went to their sign, 10 minutes after the driver picked us up and it was a smooth ride to the hotel. I am booking the transfer back with them as well

Reliable transportation from hotel to airport in punta cana. I was picked up on time and dropped off at the airport with no issues. I booked a little last minute (booked Monday morning to be picked up Wednesday morning) I waited til Tuesday afternoon for confirmation of exact pick up time and location with no response. I was a little nervous and unsure if I should schedule something else. I called 3 times and messaged them twice. They finally got back to me on Tuesday night confirming pick up, phew !! I was picked up at 11:30am at the lobby exactly as agreed. I wish they would have reached out sooner, but I do understand I didn't book well ahead of time as I should have.
