Amazing Day In Capri

Due to confusion with our original booking on Saturday and confirmation of the event attendance, we were rescheduled for Sunday and the experience was above and beyond our expectations. We were picked up through private transfer from.Praiano to Sorrento and guided to the meeting place in the marina to board our boat. The boat experience was excellent! We received refreshments and sandwiches which were delicious! Thank you.so much to first mate: Roberta and captain Bruno for a dynamic experience. We also received door to door transport back from the event to Praiano. We could not have asked for more. Highly recommend Guiliani Charter.

Worst experience

It was one of my worst experiences. The boat was a security boat and it wasn’t safe. Also, there were No diving. No lunch. No towels as I read while I booked online. It’s a scam and was so scary experience. So unsatisfied

Disappointing

Overall, a bit disappointing. We were supposed to catch our boat in Positano and were then told it had been changed to Sorento. Being located close to the beach, the uphill trek to get street side to travel to Sorento was exhausting. The Grotto was unfortunately closed and the surrounding water was a bit rough. After relocating us to a milder area, the boat engine stalled and we were still in the water under the hot sun. By the time we were docked in Capri, most of us were hot, sweaty, and a bit exhausted. Ultimately, we decided to take the ferry back to Positano rather than meet the boat and have to go back to Sorento first.

Tour Description NOT Accurate

This tour is not at all what it says it is. We never stepped foot on Capri, there was no scuba equipment, the captain did not speak any English, it left late and returned early, we did not visit the Blue Grotto. When we contacted Viator after they couldn't have cared less. Avoid this tour unless you're just looking for a boat ride. Don't expect help from Viator.

Communication with the tour operator is not possible as they do not answer/return calls, reply to emails or messages. At the port there is no signage or number provided for the boat operator so it is impossible to know which boat you are meant to get on. The only correspondence received was the contact for a lady who does not work for the tour company but is at the port who did help us find our boat but was not happy about it as she does not work for the company. The boat trip was supposed to leave at 10am. After 3 trips back to the port to pickup more people we departed around 12pm which meant our time on Capri Island was cut short. The boat did not have snorkel or scuba gear (as advertised) and barely had enough seats for everyone. The boat operator ran over one of the nets at the port and had to use a knife to cut it off both of the propellers. The boat then ran out of fuel on the return trip so instead of getting back in at 6pm we arrived at 8.30pm. The boat operator also knocked himself out on the centre console frame work cutting his head open and blood going everywhere. The best way to describe this is a "backyard" operation.

We booked a tour starting from Positano, but it changed to Sorrento. They picked us up but once we got to Sorrento, we waited another hour for the boat. The boat was not as advertised.

This tour cancelled twice on me on 2 different days (not weather related). I was unable to do capri at all due to the last minute cancellations. I'm absolutely so dissapointed.

I Capri tour did not leave from positano took 3hrs to get started no lunch served and had too pay 50 euro in additional travel exspenses dissapointed

Please kindly note that our operation dept has informed you the day before the tour scheduled about embarkation inconvenience; We propose you 50 euro (because Furore, the hotel village, was too far from Psitano) for the transfer to Sorrento and you accepted our proposal as for WhatsApp messages
