What an amazing start to our trip! Our guide did an incredible job of finding all the little night critters. Grateful we chose the 8pm time as that gave him the opportunity to scout animals during the 6pm tour and he knew what to look for. Flashlights provided which was helpful. Thank you!!

Guide was very knowledgeable and made sure everyone got to see the encountered wildlife. Probably would have walked right past 80% - 90% of the animals without the guide.

Lovely tour—able to see various frogs, a mexican porcupine, a tarantula, and various other species! Also Deo was an amazing tour guide and took great pictures for us on my personal phone.

Sergio, our guide was great! I understand there's no guarantee in this kind if our, but we didn't see all that much in the way of wildlife. Mostly frogs, insects and sleeping birds.

Guide was great, but I think the company kind of messed us, him and the whole group up.
9 people on tour which was chaotic but ok. Big problem was half was Spanish only and half was English only. He had to do everything twice, and with 9 people in small spaces, you couldn’t hear everything said. Guide was GREAT when we can hear him. Again I blame the company not him. Feel like we got half the tour….

Although we weren’t able to change our reservation because our child was sick, we had a good time. We saw cool animals but not as abundant as I would have liked, but it is in the wild, so I would temper expectations. The guide was very helpful and patient in getting pics with the scope. There were many groups that head out together and although they help each other spot the animals it felt a bit crowded. The 1.5 hrs went by in a flash.

The guide was friendly. And he was able to spot a sleeping toucan and a viper. But don’t go in thinking you’ll see all the exotic animals you see on billboards. The night tour is a quintessential experience if you’re in Costa Rica.. I get it. But it was a lackluster experience. The flashlights provided were weak — we had to depend on the guide’s flashlight to see the trail in front of us. Overall it was neat but not remarkable my any means.

Vladimir took my boyfriend and I for a tour of La Leona Waterfall. It was easily one of the best days of our trip to Costa Rica! The entire walk through the woods and streams to get the the waterfall was gorgeous and Vladimir made an extra effort to help me get through difficult areas. In my opinion, this was a medium to advanced level excursion that I never would have dared to try to do on my own but Vladimir made it super easy and fun and always made sure we were taken care of. What an amazing tour guide! Super recommend this tour and make sure to request for Vladimir - he is the best!!

A well spent 2 hours. The knowledge of our local guide was astounding. His trained eye was remarkable. It gives you some idea of how much wildlife we are surrounded by, but untrained almost impossible to see. Another plus of this tour, you are welcome to return to the trails the next day! With a location easy to find this tour is a fun way to safely explore and enjoy a night of adventure

A really nice tour with an excellent guide. Very knowledgable and friendly.
We’ve managed to spot a lot of animals and learn a great deal about their behaviour during the night.

The tour guide was friendly but we really didn’t see much widelife and he kept on retracing the same route in order to see the sloth. Unfortunately he/she was no where to be found. It also would have been nice to have received a glass of water at the completion of the tour.

Schöne Tour durch den kleine Trails hinter dem Hotel El Bosque. Haben viele Vögel, Opossums, ein Gürteltier gesehen. Leider keine Schlangen oder Spinnen, aber so ist eben die Natur. Wir würden diese Tour wieder buchen.

Experiencia en la selva por la noche. El guía amable y entusiasta nos mostró la fauna nocturna que actúa en la noche, frente a nosotros nos encontramos a escasa distancia los ojos brillantes de un felino salvaje mirándonos fijamente, algo muy difícil de observar en plena naturaleza. Enhorabuena por la excelente labor de recuperación de la fauna salvaje natural que realizáis. Excursión fuera de los circuitos turísticos habituales.

Fuiste realmente afortunado de ver un felino (Causel), cosa que pasa muy rara vez en un tour.
Nos preocupamos mucho por mantener al bosque intacto realizando tours con grupos muy pequeños, lo cual favorece a la fauna y también a los clientes que buscan cada día más experiencias más auténticas y personalizadas, y menos turísticas.
Me agrada saber que ese fue tu caso y que lo disfrutaste al máximo.
