Fun adventure! Repelling over and through water falls, zip lines, and some small cliff jumping. Prepare to get fully wet, and have a great time. They provide transportation from hotel, feed you a delicious lunch, and then a couple hours of adventure, I would totally come back with my teenagers, they would have loved it

We had a great time! There was a great variety and the staff was knowledgeable and explained everything in details so it was safe for everyone. They moved the group along and the lunch afterwards was great. Highly recommend.

We had the best time on this adventure! Our guides were knowledgeable and fun. The directions were very clear. We had a blast and would choose this again and again! It was so nice to have multiple different portions including zip lining, rappelling and jumping off waterfalls.

The canyoning was incredibly fun and exciting! Everything felt safe and supported. The lunch, however, was pretty bland. We also paid extra for photos, which took a lot of effort to get from the company, and didn't have many of the photos that were advertised in the promotional material. But it was still a great tour and lots of fun.

Amazing trip. Very professional and safe. You will have a blast. I would do this again in a heart beat. Just be careful as there is a little walk back up after. May not be easy for young kids or older adults who are not in shape.

Terrific canyoning experience! (Fix metal bolts sticking out of rock.)

It was great. I loved the combination of zipline, rappelling, and bouldering that we got to do. The guides were very professional and we felt safe and cared for. I had two pieces of feedback for the company. 1. There was one small rappelling drop where we needed to rappel down a boulder that had two very large metal bolts sticking straight out of the rock. As I watched everyone rappel down it each person had to try very carefully not to scrape their legs on the metal bolts/screws right there. It seems like an accident waiting to happen so I put this feedback here so that something can be done to improve the safety of that particular rappelling drop. 2, I think they could offer the activity without the large lunch right before. The food was delicious but we were served a large buffet and then immediately loaded into a tractor for a 20 minute bumpy ride to the canyoning location so it might have been better to eat a little less beforehand.

A+ Experience! When I asked my daughter (age 7) her favorite thing about the trip, she replied canyoning! The guides were fantastic--friendly, safe, and responsive. This was my third time canyoning and it lived up to the excitement. Be prepared for tight jumps, fast zip lining & long repels. Would recommend to anyone seeking a thrill!

Not exactly safe

This experience was not what I was expecting in terms of safety. While there were "experienced" guides with us, the conditions of the canyon (lower water due to lack of rain) caused an unsafe canyon jump and my husband hurt his ankle on a rock when he jumped into the canyon. I touched the bottom and felt rocks as well. This is extremely unsafe and should not be done when water levels are low! There was no back up option to avoid the jump.

An incredible family experience!

We did this experience of a family of four, including our two 9-year-olds, and we all had an absolute blast! The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and made us all feel 100% comfortable and safe at every step (there were quite a few nerves leading up to it from one of our kids). It’s packed with so much more than canyoning. We got to zip line, jump into the waterfalls (they were small), hike and be surrounded in the breathtaking, peaceful scenery of the rainforest + lunch and a great view of the Arenal volcano. The kid who was most nervous and didn’t want to do it ended up rating it “one billion stars out of ten”!

A must-do experience!

Exceptional! From the flexibility on pick-up location as our plans changed, to a nice filling buffet lunch, to the charisma and positive energy from all the guides (shout-out to Juan and JC!), to the right mix of being safety first but not scaring us, to the adrenaline rush of the ziplining and rappelling, to the beautiful views from the bottom of the rockfaces, this was one of the best things we did in our two weeks in Costa Rica! This was an amazing experience! 10/10! Super adrenaline filled and definitely wear water shoes because you will be jumping into pools of water to get to the next activity. Make sure you can also swim at least a little! The guides are very knowledgeable and if you want to get the optional photo package bring either cash or paypal!

Good but expensive and they where 45min late!

It was good but you need to hire waterschoes for $8 pp. And you can buy 1 video and 20 photos for $30.... (they are taken on the least cool place...) they where 45min late and didnt respond to any text or call.... but the experience it self is nice!

Best Excursion in La Fortuna!

My partner and I did this excursion in the afternoon in a group of 10 people. The excursion included lunch, and then we got driven to the company, where we were given lockers to keep our stuff safe and dry. Like the team said, you will get 200% wet! The entire team was wonderful and encouraging, there were 4 rappels, some jumps and zip lines. It was very refreshing and fun. Wear water shoes and clothes that again, you are okay getting 200% wet. There was a 15 min uphill hike back to the company where there are towels, water and changing rooms/bathrooms. We had an incredible time, and the team couldn’t have been any kinder, thoughtful and encouraging. My only criticism is that I wish it was longer! Would 100% recommend and do it again. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Caesar, JC, Jose, Ronal were so fun and amazing!! They kept us safe while cheering us on, being extremely knowledgeable, and let us take in the beautiful waterfalls! Really fun experience best we did in Costa Rica! There are 4 repels (no previous experience required they teach you everything!), 2 zip lines, and 3 jumps into water (make sure you know how to plug your nose/ be comfortable with swimming and putting your head under water). Great time cannot recommend enough! Lunch was good too!

This is a GREAT experience. All the guides are wonderful people and teach you what to do and about nature as well (Thank you Kendal for all the neat information on the way back to return our gear). The lunch was delicious. The scenery is beautiful. A MUST DO for adventure lovers! Get the picture package because the photos are incredible and professional quality. Highly recommend and would absolutely do on a return trip!
