These golf carts were amazing! They were easy to find right outside the port entrance, which made everything simple and stress-free. The carts were new, clean, and even had Bluetooth so we could listen to our favorite music while exploring the island. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole rental process smooth. The price was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend renting from them. I would definitely rent from them every time we visit!

Driving around the island in golf cart is fun. There are some hilly roads that golf cart struggles to get up, but it makes it. We were provided a map with places to look for. Golf cart had seat belts and cup holders. Also had a navigation screen to connect to your phone but we couldn’t figure it out.

Finding location was easy. Unfortunately our golf cart stopped working about 20 minutes into the activity. We communicated with them via WhatsApp & waited around 20 minutes for them to bring a new cart to us. After that it was great. Loved doing the island this way. Easy & quick return. Would use them again.

Great carts! Friendly service. Easy $10 for gas and didn’t need to fill ourselves. It took us a minute to find it but that’s just because we had never been to this port.

In order to get to the location of the golf carts you have to walk a long way. There are other companies that have the carts inside the terminal area and are much more convenient. We had to ask a number of sales people from other companies where to go. Also, one of our golf carts died while getting instructions on how to drive the cart. We didn't question that there might be a problem at that time. After leaving to explore the area one of our golf carts was sluggish and died multiple times. Eventually, it stopped all together. We had a hard time reaching the company to request assistance. A repair guy came out but was unable to get the cart running. Within 15 minutes we were in a new cart and on our way. We enjoyed the rest of our day with no additional problems. They fixed our problem quickly, but if we had been further away from the port, it might have been a different outcome altogether. I would recommend you look to see which rental company is closer to the port especially if you have someone that is older and can't walk to the pick up location.

As noted in our booking details and pre-arrival communication, we are an independent operator located outside the cruise port, and we provide walking directions in advance to help guests find us. They are located just a short walk outside of the port entrance. The golf cart we had was in good shape and we had no issues traveling the island the 6 hours we used it. We just payed a $10 gas charge at the end of the day instead of having to stop and get fuel. The guys were very nice and explained everything we needed to know and gave us a map of the island with written directions for certain areas. They are a little pricier than some of the others. However ours ran flawless and were in better condition then some others we saw. We talked with others who rented from other companies that there carts were horrible. I would highly recommend DEA Rental Services to anyone.
The one thing we didn’t realize when we rented is that they do put a $250 hold on your CC for the rental until you return it.

So happy we picked this company. Their carts are the best on the island. We drove by so many other golf carts and didn’t look back. Island is small and only takes a few minutes to learn it. Being able to add our own music to the cart was a huge plus.

Great activity to do. D.E.A golf carts rental were so accommodating. Since it was a long walk from the boat to the carts and we had two people who had difficulty walking, they let us drive their van to pick up the other people.

These golf carts were the best on the island in my opinion. They seemed brand new. Stop and get carrots at a local market for the donkeys. Golf carts and exploring Grand Turk was very fun and relaxing.

We enjoyed our time driving around the island in one of D.E.A's 4 seater red golf carts! They are a short walk outside the port area and have good carts. Ours had off road tires which came in handy on some of the terrible streets on the island. Also, their golf carts go fast! We passed so many other golf carts that we started to feel bad! Everything worked on it and it had a hidden storage compartment for your bags. At the end of the day, it cost $10 for them to refill the tank for us. Definitely the way to go!

Definitely the best way to see the island. Need a half day option. $180+10/gas is a tad expensive when we only used for 2 1/2 hrs. The transmission was a tad temperamental but overall the cart ran fine.

Directions to pick up the golf card were very accurate and clear. The attendants were very helpful and kind. Great way to see the island in a few hours. Lots of fun to drive on left side of road. Only negative , the cart we had was difficult to get into reverse

This is a nice way to experience the island at your own pace. The rental company is easy to find, there were other reviewers that had a hard time finding the rental location, but we had no problem. The workers were all friendly and the checkout and return process was smooth and easy. I would recommend this company and rent from them again.

Fun excursion getting around Grand Turk. The meeting place was a little further than described. If you just keep walking out of the port area you will see many golf cart rentals. Ask for your tour. We recommend!

Everything about this was really great. What an awesome way to see Grand Turk and travel around in comfort. DEA Tours is a really reputable and communicative group. Daniel was responsive to contact messages via email an d on the day of our rental, attendant Jephte was awesome to get us comfortable with the cart and also walked us through thoughts on getting around Grand Turk and some highlights to hit. There are some hidden gems on this island and it was so fun just to scoot around in comfort withthe freedom on this rental.

These were the nicest looking golf carts that I saw on island. They had back up cameras with a screen installed, were durable and they had "get up and go" power. It was pouring rain when we checked in, but they had a small pop up tent to stand under while doing the paperwork. They also tried to towel off the seats the best they could. They gave us maps on how to get around the island when we arrived.
Be sure to bring a drivers license with you though! (That was the only thing not made clear in the instructions.)
Other cart companies were selling ones that had major issues. One family we passed couldn't get up a hill, and there was a rumor on our ship that a lady's literally blew up that day. Yikes.
Go with them and get your reservation early!!

We booked very last minute - about 12 hours before the requested pickup. It was about a 10 minute walk from the dirt free shop. The cart was ready as ordered. Daniel showed us how to operate the cart - which is very simple, gave us a great map marked with great places to stop, then off we went. The island is super easy to get around. We stopped at beaches that were so beautiful, and we were the only ones there. This is a great option for freedom to see Grand Turk at your own pace and see what you want to see! At one point the cart stalled out, but Larry the mechanic was there within 5 minutes. We took the option to pay $10 cash rather than refilling the gas. I appreciated that option. Highly recommend this company.

It's a long walk from the cruise ship to outside the terminal. We had elderly people with us and there was no other way to get to the carts except to walk! But we did have fun once we got going!

Golf cart was great. In good condition and was easy to get around the island. Only issue was figuring out where to pick up golf cart. You have to go outside the port gates and they are located directly outside. Once we found them, everything went smoothly.

Rented from DEA last year that was flawless but not this year. Two miles out, heard a clunk, and those that were riding in the back saw parts on the road come out from under the cart. The U joint failed and the drive shaft dropped out of the cart. Not sure as I didn't call but my friend who said he had international calling could not get through on the phone. As I was pushing the cart into a parking place, I noticed the one tire in the back was completely bald.
The good, A local tour operator stopped and was able to give them directions to our location. They came about 20 minutes later with a 6-person cart for us to use. We had no problems the rest of the day touring the island.
The only reason I gave them an average rating was for a premium price we did not get a premium cart this time and I felt like I was let down by the company.

Go out past shopping to parking lot. Go all the way to left and then down to red brick sidewalk. Follow to left out gate past all the other men renting stuff. Head down around bend in road and DEA is there. Two very professional men helped us with the cart, directions, map, and got us going. 4 of us got the 6 passenger which gives storage room under back seat. Easy driving all around. Just give them $10 for gas when you get back, don’t mess with filling it up yourself.
