From start to finish an excellent experience.
Pick up on time. The balloon ride itself was amazing, with the sunrise and the amazing landscape below to view. Finished with champagne, cake and strawberries. A really memorable trip

very professional service. felt safe at every point of the experience and the operators were all professional.
The balloon ride itself was a great experience with amazing views, but the organization on the ground needs improvement. We came as a group of 6 split into 3 smaller pairs/groups. Instead of listening to our requests or accommodating our group together, the staff gave noticeable priority to other passengers. It left us feeling overlooked. It’s a nice experience overall, but service and staff attention could be much fairer and better managed.
Amazing experience. Great crew! Genuinely my best memory of my trip to Turkey. I missed the sunrise one but the second wave was equally magical.

Great experience but the amount I paid to Viator is significantly more than what they charge in Cappadocia. Much cheaper to buy locally - they are reputable and can save you appt of money. I paid approximately $500 for 2 where as they charge about $300 in town.
Absolutely incredible experience! The pilot and staff were great and the views were once in a lifetime. Could not recommend more!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Turquaz Balloons from start to finish. The service was seamless right from the beginning: the shuttle picked us up directly from our hotel and brought us to the launch site, where a light breakfast was waiting for us. Watching the crew set up and inflate the giant balloon was a treat in itself.
Once we were helped into the basket, Captains Izzet and Ibrahim took us on a flight we will remember for a lifetime. The views over Cappadocia were incredible! A major highlight was when they expertly navigated down into the valley so we could get an up-close look at the Göreme Open Air Museum—ironically the one site we missed on our tour the previous day, so it was a fantastic surprise.
Captains Izzet and Ibrahim were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and hilarious. They kept us fully informed on what they were doing, explained how hot air balloons operate, and educated us on all the landmarks below.
After landing, they celebrated with cake, champagne, and orange juice for non-drinkers, followed by a medal and flight certificate ceremony. The shuttle then dropped us back at our hotel hassle-free. I couldn't recommend Turquaz Balloons and their fantastic pilots enough!

It was an amazing experience!
From the process of booking for the hot air balloon flight right till the return to the hotel, the tour operator took very good care of us.
Communication was prompt and clear.
The hotel pick up was on time. The pre-flight breakfast was really filling as well.
Our pilots Izzet and Ibrahim were very professional and gave us lots of useful information during the flight. They did a fantastic job and made all of us feel safe and comfortable!
The views from the hot air balloon was spectacular. No words can do justice as to the amazing experience.
After landing, we were treated to drinks and cake, which was really good. We then got our flight medal and certificates.
Overall, this was the best experience we have ever had! Thanks and really well done to all the team!

This was a fantastic overall experience and a absolute must-do in Cappadocia! The entire tour was incredibly well-organized. They took care of everything seamlessly, picking us up directly from our hotel and dropping us back off afterward without any hassle. Before the flight, they provided a nice setup of light snacks, including pastries, coffee, juices, and tea, which was perfect for the early morning. The flight itself was spectacular. Our captain was excellent—skilled, professional, and highly reassuring. The views from the basket were breathtaking and truly magical as the sun rose over the valleys. After we landed, they celebrated with a traditional champagne toast and handed out certificates and medals, which made for a wonderful souvenir. I highly recommend Turquaz Balloons for anyone looking for a perfect balloon flight!

Our family was amazed and pleasantly surprised at how great our balloon experience was with Turquaz Balloons. The communication about pick up time was great, and from the moment we were picked up until we were dropped off we felt like VIPs.
Our basket had about 16 passengers which was very comfortable and roomy, and the crew were all very friendly and accommodating, offering to capture pics of all of us etc. I also have mention how exceptional our pilot, Izzet Ersoy, was during and after our flight. His combination of dry humour and skilled piloting made the experience memorable and enjoyable. He even approached each group after the flight to thank them while we were all enjoying the post flight sparkling wine.
Based on our very good experience, I highly recommend Turquaz Balloons for anyone considering this while in the area.

Our hot air balloon ride was one of the most amazing experiences of my life and a 10/10 from start to finish. Yes, you have to wake up at the crack of dawn, but it's more than worth it. A group van picks you up along with other passengers on the way to the launch site. There was coffee/tea provided before takeoff, though we were running a little late and missed it. Getting in and out of the balloon felt completely safe, and both takeoff and landing were remarkably smooth. The flight itself was so gentle that you barely notice how high you're getting until you look down. The timing of the ride was perfect: we lingered in the sky to watch the sunrise and drifted a good distance from the launch point, taking in incredible views of Göreme, the caves, the fairy chimneys, and the other hotels, where people who'd woken up early were waving up at the balloons. We shared the balloon with about 20 other passengers, but everyone is split into small groups of 4 in smaller baskets, so no one feels crowded and everyone gets a great view. After landing, there was cake and champagne (or juice) waiting, along with a certificate and a souvenir magnet which was such a nice touch. They also offer professional photos and videos of the experience if you want to capture it all. It was truly magical, and it's an experience we'll remember for the rest of our lives.

Incredible! Our Basket only had 16 guests which made the ride a lot nicer. The company is reputable, we had a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end.
The pilot had 15 years of experience and we felt safe throughout the entire flight. The views are breathtaking and unbelievable!

This is the most iconic experience in Turkey. Besides the breathtaking scenery, the highly professional team—from the transfer drivers and ground staff to the hot air balloon pilots—was truly impressive. Our hot air balloon pilot was Izzet. He provided us with a journey that was safe, smooth, and professional, while also showcasing exceptional piloting skills. It was an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

Amazing experience. I’m glad we held off on balloons in other locations. If this is your first time on a hot air balloon, this is the place to do it.

This Cappadocia hot air balloon ride was absolutely breathtaking. From on-time hotel transfer to smooth landing, the team operated everything flawlessly. Our experienced pilot flew gently through the valleys, offering stunning overhead views of fairy chimneys at sunrise. The sky full of floating balloons made the scenery look surreal. The post-flight toast and souvenir certificate were wonderful bonuses. Safe, comfortable and unforgettable, perfect for family travel. Would absolutely book again!

You know what to expect when you book this experience, it's in the description. But I did not expect two things there. First is that the balloon may descend REALLY low to the ground for us to see some of the rock formations and carved out structures, that was amazing. At some point we descended into a pit between rocks, flying just above someone's house, and then while we were hovering just a meter above a hill I was able to pick a random flower growing there for my girlfriend, that's how low and precise the pilot was! Second thing is that at the end of the flight we landed on a pick up track, not on the ground! The track's driver and the pilot amused us with their precise team work one more time. Also it's a great opportunity to make a proposal at the sunrise :)

From the cave hotel pick-up by Ahmed to the morning snacks, the trip started perfectly and the weather was beautiful too. Turquaz Balloons are fantastic because they don't overcrowd the basket, so everyone enjoys the views. Pilot Abdullah made a super smooth, safe landing right onto the back of the ute, and the crew was ready on the ground. Such great teamwork! We ended the morning with a great champagne celebration. Big thank you to Turquaz Balloons and The Team.

We were happy with their services and would recommend it to friends and family. They picked us at the exact time later took us to their office for breakfast and gave us some information about the pilot and transfer. Breakfast was light but the quality of food was great. After breakfast we were taken to the flight area we were in the air for 60 minutes the pilot EFTAL was experienced and their team was also very experienced. The baloon ride went smooth they also helped my mother who is above 75 to get in and out of the basket without hastle which was the most happeist part of the whole experince.I would like to Thank Turkuaz Balloons team for looking after her.
