We were unable to take the tour. Unexpected rain combined with difficulty accessing the tour via the app as well as the email from viator proved very frustrating. I did not find WalkNTour user friendly, and I've used similar apps before without any problems. Fortunately, it wasn't a lot of money lost, as the weather did not turn bad until the morning we were planning on taking the tour.
