Everything was phenomenal from the greeting by the office staff until I left. Capt Jim and Guide Kat were great. They provided an educational yet fun trip. There was extra effort to bypass other groups and continue looking in multiple locations for manatees. We ended up seeing 5 or 6 in the water including a mom and nursing calf. A rescue/released manatee with a tag came to us and Kat took us away from it to let it be.
They provided as ecologically friendly tour as possible for the manatees and their environment. “I’ll be back!”

Oh so many! Everything about the trip was so well organised. Our diver was brilliant. We felt completely safe with him. Swimming with manatees was one of the most memorable experiences of a lifetime. Our diver knew exactly where to find them. Being kissed on the head by a 600lb, 7ft wild sea animal is not something ever forgotten. Absolutely mind-blowing.

Kind of like swimming with a very large Mike Ditka in front of you. Or as the guide called them - a swimming potato. They are fascinating and peaceful. If you leave them alone they’ll wander right in front of your face to nosh on some weeds. Great experience all around.

Swimming with the manatee was such a fun experience. They are amazing creatures. Cody and Heather were awesome guides. Cody was very professional navigating the boat. Heather was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor! A super fun day! We also forgot a bag and they called us to return it. That was so appreciated!

Swimming with the manatees and observing mother and calf. The boat trip down the canal was nice and our guides were very knowledgeable about all of the wildlife we saw on the trip to our location.

Amazing. Better than expected. Dakota and John were funny, knowledgeable, caring and just great people. They made sure we enjoyed every moment even my 10 year old that Dakota held onto the whole time in the water. Saw lots of manatees. Took lots of photos. Loved every moment.

We lucked out and were the only two people on board and had the experience of a life time.. Hailey and Jim were beyond knowledgeable and made sure that the safety of the sea life were the utmost of priority. The pictures provided (for a very small additional fee) were everything we experienced. Still cannot wipe the smile off my face!!!!! Thank you !!
