Great bus tour of the Auckland CBD and some outer suburbs. John our tour guide was great and gave a lot if info about the native New Zealander people the Maori and how the city has evolved. I highly recommend this tour to get an overview then get out and explore.

Paul is so knowledgeable and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour of Auckland. He drove us to places we would never have known to visit or had the time. The crater was amazing to see! How often would you have the opportunity again! We watched someone bungee jump of the harbour bridge! Visited local areas like Parnal. We had a lovely4 hr trip!

Very informative, covering a lot of sights and places historical and contemporary...lots of photo opportunities and toilet stops as well as a lunch break. I would definitely . recommend this tour for older people like myself.

This tour just gives a little introduction to the City of Auckland which was what I was looking for. There were lots of photo ops, and we were introduced to a fun little bakery where I got to try New Zealand’s famous meat pies. The only downside were the buses. Pick up was very central and well communicated. The mini coach was comfortable. Our guide and driver were very pleasant and knowledgeable and took us to areas all over Auckland and surrounds(including Mt Eden where u get a 360 degree superb view of city and surrounds) which u would not c on a walking and boat tours. Well worth doing if u only have a limited time

Auckland City Tours almost forgot to pick us up at our meeting point. It took 2 international phone calls to contact this tour company. They stated that where we were waiting at was not in their route. I told them that they were the ones who provided the address via email. We missed 30 min of the city tour since they have to pick us up close to the city tour route.

We had a system changeover at the end of last year with our emailing service, and it appears this is the reason our correspondence with you Re pick up was not pulled through to our new system. We are very sorry about this and understand your disappointment. Once our driver John, received your phone call, he did make his way back up to pick you up. Paul, our driver was exceptionally knowledgeable about each destination, and also pointed out areas of interest along the way. Plenty of time for grabbing a coffee and a bite to eat. Recommend this tour, we are from the south island of New Zealand and found it a great way to get around the sights.
