Lovely Tour---Check Itinerary Details and Time of Year Carefully (Lavender Fields are Short-Lived/Not Included All Year)

Great tour...didn't know lavender fields were past bloom and those towns wouldn't be included. If anyone wants to see those, be sure to check ahead of time the correct times of year to see them. We couldn't have changed our trip time, but it would have been good to have been told ahead of time the itinerary wouldn't be the one listed in the ad. We had a lovely time anyway; just would have picked something different had we known the lavender fields and those towns weren't available ahead of time. The wine tasting stop was nice, lunch in Cassis was lovely and well-timed, the lookout point over Cassis was gorgeous, and the Basilique de la Garde was wonderful, with great photos also. Lovely part of France, so much to see...would love to have seen more. Will definitely come back.

This is the way to see the sites!

This was the best way to travel to sites around Marseille, especially for some in our group with limited mobility. Our driver was kind, knowledgeable and a good communicator, including recommendations even after he dropped us off in Aix to explore and have lunch (our plan). Our only regret was we didn’t schedule more time with him.
